From setting early big-picture strategy through the details of execution and delivery, I am driven to accomplish what others think is impossible. I have led global strategy and risk programs, driven major initiatives, and built trusted relationships with C-suite, regulatory agencies, stakeholders, cross-organizational teams and all lines of defense. I thrive when I am part of planning the future of organizations and engaging stakeholders at all levels. I recently completed an artificial intelligence (AI) course through DeepLearning.AI; I am in the process of getting a course certification in AI: Implications for Business Strategy through Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Most recently, I was SVP, Head of Resiliency and Continuity at Wells Fargo, a global front line strategic risk program. I was recruited to this role to close regulatory issues and transform the risk program. Together, with my team, we increased the overall complexity and maturity of the global enterprise resiliency posture at the Company, with a key focus on strategic initiatives, governance, third party resiliency, concentration risk, testing, reporting/systems, establishing critical product impact tolerance, and enhancing the processes and controls. As SVP within the Corporate Strategy team of Wells Fargo, I worked on strategic and risk-based company initiatives. For example, I drove the development of the 2019 Enterprise Strategic Plan. Other projects include leading the creation of the company’s protocols and a Playbook for responding to cyber incidents. Building on this work, I also created protocols for the Board Governance Playbooks as the Lead of the Governance Mechanisms workstream for Wells Fargo’s Resolution and Recovery Planning submission to the FRB and FDIC.
