Recently, I celebrated 2 significant personal milestones: Turning 70 years strong + celebrating 22 years of continued sobriety. My triumph over alcohol addiction, plus overcoming significant challenges through self-advocacy such as harassment, sex discrimination, the glass ceiling, and age discrimination, further enhance my ability to empower individuals to overcome challenges in hiring and the workplace.
