Responsible for managing the daily administrative operations of the medical office in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards. Identify and provide guidance in resolving operational issues; Supervise fee collection procedures and ensure that clinic accounts and invoices are accurate and reconciled in a timely manner; Ensure that clinic deposits are processed and recorded daily; Supervise all aspects of clinic employee management; Assist with recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures to ensure quality staff; Manage all provider oversight, including maintaining up to date records and credentials for all professional licenses, payer/hospital credentialing, and professional organizations; Oversee and manage all provider medical directorship agreements including submission of monthly time sheets and tracking accounts receivable.
