As the founder of Arys, I help multi-level technology and service providers decrease their resource bandwidth and increase their productivity by creating and improving B2B partner channel motions. I use a combination of collaborative B2B GTM approaches, value-focused, data-enabled processes, strategic customer-centric procedures, high-value task identification, and interdepartmental collaboration frameworks that create context. I leverage my executive coaching skills and my knowledge of channel and ecosystem partner programs to deliver tailored training initiatives that improve the skills and knowledge of internal and external stakeholders. I have a Swiss degree in Business Administration and Management, which I now apply to my strategies, service design and customer satisfaction and retention efforts. My goal is to help enterprise-level tech-service providers improve their reach, brand presence, sales, revenue, and growth, while lowering customer churn and accelerating their partner channel strategies.
