Reviewed pricing for reasonableness and submitted quotations/proposals to client in timely fashion. Prepared correspondence and documentation, assuring conformance to contractual requirements, including FAR and DFAR. Conducted program reviews and implemented SOW or program changes. Responsible for  the management of two Administrative Assistants. Also mentored all newly hired Contract Administrators.
