•	Designed and executed customized acceleration program for 20+ startups. Created a mentors network of 30 top executives and experienced entrepreneurs
•	Designed content, promoted and organized in total 30 events and forums in Barranquilla; including Impact Day, annual entrepreneurship forum, that gathered +400 attendees in 2018 and had an agenda comprised of 42 high-level speakers, 24 sessions and 5 parallel tracks. 

•	Raised 30.000+ USD through sales of membership packages, partnerships, and events. Initiated and developed partnerships with local entrepreneurship ecosystem players such as Chamber of Commerce of Barranquilla, AmCham, ProBarranquilla, Gobernación del Atlántico, Alcaldía among others.
•	Built, developed and engaged a community of local entrepreneurs. Engaged +1500 local entrepreneurs through meetups, networking sessions, and co-creation spaces.

Co-founder & Managing Director of Impact Hub Barranquilla 

•	Designed and managed a business unit´s brand and corporate identity. Determined and directed how the brand positioned in the market, within the firm and its network. Instructed and educated team on brand usage. Supported the recruitment process by the creation of the business unit´s employer brand.

 •	Created and executed the business unit´s marketing and communication strategy. Managed online marketing channels for the business unit, such as newsletters, website, social networks. Facilitated the design and development of all marketing materials both for internal and external purposes, such as publications, magazine articles, newsletters, brochures, flyers.

 •	Created the events plan, budgeting and execution strategy to ensure maximum impact and visibility of the business unit. Established business unit´s presence in relevant events. Evaluated the events efficiency (ROMI).
 
The International Business Centre (IBC) of PwC Mexico is the only business development and innovation unit in the Mexican market, fully dedicated to supporting the success of foreign businesses, executives and investors in Mexico. It aims to offer innovative and useful solutions in business advisory, tax, legal and assurance, in Clients´ native language with the understanding of their business culture.

Marketing Lead - International Business Center 

AIESEC

•	Developed the idea, won a bid and led 1-year preparation and actual delivery of a project that brought together 1000+ young delegates from 110+ countries, 200+ partners and professionals from 40+ countries and 12,000+ virtual delegates, and 3 conferences and 8 events 

•	Directed a process of fundraising and positioned a product portfolio resulting in 400,000 EUR of overall projects’ budget through sales in HR, Marketing and PR departments. Initiated and strengthened the partnerships including PepsiCo, Alfa bank, Russian Railways, Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, Lindab Buildings, LaFarge Russia, Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies, Severstal, Alcoa 

•	Led a team of 78 people from 28 countries, with 9 executive direct reports. Managed Board of Advisors comprising of 9 experts from multinationals, small and medium enterprises, investment funds.

Congress Committee President - 64th AIESEC International Congress

•	Selected, trained and coached a 10-person team responsible for the evolution and management of national operations. Led 28 local offices and 2,000 student volunteers. Represented the organization nationally and globally in events and media. 

•	Was responsible for the legal and governance administration including management of 120.000 EUR year budget and management of an Advisory Board consisting of senior executives from leading Russian companies.

•	Developed and implemented an aggressive business development & PR strategy with a key initiative of organizing the first National Youth Leadership Forum for Moscow students with 600+ youth delegates from 30 cities, resulting into 8 new partnerships with a budget cover of 20,000 EUR

•	Developed and implemented a change of the business model and a growth strategy for AIESEC Russia, resulting in historical 100% growth in organizational performance and expanding AIESEC to 9 new cities. Consequently, AIESEC in Russia was recognized with Global Excellence award among 25 countries in Central and Eastern Europe according to KPI's.

Country Director

•	Managed national customer relationship generation, maintenance and evolution. Positioned a product portfolio resulting in 100% achievement of annual revenue target. Reached 50,000 EUR target.
•	Increased national sales performance by 70%+. Added 3 new large corporate partners (ABInBev, Unilever and MARS). Strengthened the partnerships with our senior clients including Allianz, P&G, Microsoft, PwC 
•	Planned and organized 20-years AIESEC Russia Anniversary event with 100+ business and media participants and AIESEC’s national office Annual Report event with 70+ business representatives
•	Managed the business development department with 50+ functional team leaders from 20 cities of Russia to increase revenue. Planned and executed 4 national trainings and strategy events in fundraising, customer relations and product development hosting up to 200 youth delegates from 20 cities for 4 days each

Director Of Sales And Business Development

•	Selected, trained and coached a 5-person team responsible for the evolution and management of local operations. Led 80 student volunteers. Represented the organization locally and nationally in events and media. Volunteer role while studying full-time. 
•	Developed and initiated 12 local projects focusing on social issues such as financial literacy of youth, cross-cultural communication, entrepreneurship where over 1,000 students participated. Eventually this Local Chapter was recognized with National Excellence Award as the best performing local office among 18 cities in Russia according to 100%+ growth in organizational results (internship programme, membership, leadership programme)
