Maria Soto’s unique background combines entrepreneurship in the food space, hospitality and fashion making her ideally suited for the Consumer recruitment space and the clients we serve. While pursuing her degree in Business Administration and Management, Maria won a prestigious scholarship awarded to only 5 people worldwide, allowing her the opportunity earn a minor in Asian economics in Tokyo. After completing her Bachelor of Business Administration, Maria went on to earn a Masters in Baking and Pastry Arts. Maria then turned her passion for baking into a successful commercial bakery eventually supplying 19 restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets in her native Bolivia. She’s continued to immerse herself in various entrepreneurial projects including the conception and distribution of a molecular ice cream machine that was the first of its kind in the Bolivian market. Since arriving in the US, Maria has worked for World Class organizations like Marriott Hotels and Schutz, and is now part of ace Talent Curators where she helps companies in the CPG space with their talent needs.
