I am responsible for managing and growing my pipeline, presenting our products to the individuals and owners or decision makers, requesting pricing (RFP- request for proposal) to give better and competitive pricing, managing the enrollment of business staff, and submitting their application/information for coverage. Our products help businesses retain employees and add to their current benefits offered to staff members, and business owners who want to protect themselves and their staff.

I also train and onboard new members of my team- to make sure they are successful, manage my pipeline to make sure my clients are taken care of and educate others about the products we offer, and participate and sponsor community events.

I work to help bridge the gap between our Cadre staff and our Cadre Management Team, as well as others. I am responsible for outreach among members of our Cadre (on-call and TFT) staff to gauge how things are going on their current projects, monthly newsletters, email blasts and more.

I created and updated many different types of documentation regarding the Housing Assistance program, which is a federal program under FEMA for covid relief. Because this was a brand new program I was brought in to help create and update current and new documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for day-to-day operations, how to use the Yardi system, various steps of the program and program overview, what information is needed to qualify or process an application, approximate timeline for application approval and payout, frequently asked questions (FAQ) and fact sheets, managed notes during meetings then converted them into actual documentation, then shared with project managers and team leaders for approval and adjustments before being published live.

I am currently working with the Covid team. The neighborhood clinic teams organizes pop up events through local businesses and organizations in an effort to get community members vaccinated. I create and monitor events and clinics schedules, access for staff and follow up appointments through Acuity.
My position is a lot of behind the scenes organization and setup, and managing daily events and clinic schedules. I make sure access is ready and information is correct prior to each event or site appointments to avoid confusion among staff.
I also work on allocation planning weekly to give other team members an idea of the vaccine numbers requested for upcoming events.

I answered the phone, and monitored emails, completed various projects. I worked with the Director of Marketing to schedule social media posts for clients and in-house, printing marketing materials, pulling mailing lists, creating and closing work orders (including the steps in between). I also ran print jobs in house, managed work orders and payments, and made sure projects were closed for billing and processing.

I cover the Fredericktown Police Department and Fire Department, Madison County Sheriff’s Department and the Madison County Court, Madison County Commissioners meetings and other county organizations by writing stories and taking photos. I also cover the City of Fredericktown and the City of Marquand, the Fredericktown School District and the Marquand School District, by attending meetings, functions, taking photos and covering school and city stories. I also make galleries with some of the photos and put videos up through YouTube, which are posted through the website. I also work with our sales to department to make connections with businesses and have helped sale ads during graduation. I have worked with the Madison County Mom-A-Thon March of Dimes group and the Madison County Feed the Families committee to write public awareness stories prior to their events. Social media has become a big part of my job, I use it to make new connections, find news stories and things happening that I otherwise may not know about.
