Most ERP projects don’t fail because of the technology. → They fail because people resist change. You’ve seen it: - Rollouts delayed for months - Budgets blown by unexpected costs - Teams who push back instead of moving forward - Tons of unexpected customization and development work The shiny new system ends up falling short. And it’s not just frustrating → it’s expensive. Here’s the thing: Change isn’t optional. It’s the deciding factor between success and failure. But traditional change management methodologies miss the mark: - A one-size-fits-all approach - Separating change from the technical implementation - Treating change as a “one-and-done” project instead of building ongoing capacity That’s where I come in. I help C-suites, ERP implementers, and consultancies tackle resistance upfront. The result: - Faster rollouts - Fewer headaches - Significant cost savings What makes my approach different? With 12+ years of ERP experience (including 6+ years at Microsoft), I know what it takes to make ERP projects succeed. And it’s not just technical expertise. As a PROSCI-certified Change Manager, NLP Master Practitioner and Coach, and with a master’s in Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology and Financial Management, I bring a unique lens to Change in ERP. I combine business and systems expertise with a deep understanding of neuroscience and human adaptability. Because at the end of the day, ERP success isn’t about systems. It’s about people. 👉 Ready to make your next ERP rollout a success? 📅 Book a free strategy call in my featured section

I’ll say it again (and probably again): Technical readiness is NOT user readiness. I’ve seen it too many times: - Data migrated - Vendor signed off - Go-live date hit And yet... system is not used. Processes are failing at every corner. Why? Because technical readiness isn’t user readiness. → Data can be ready. → Systems can be ready. → People? Not so much. If you want your ERP to actually work: - Start preparing people early (not two weeks before go-live). - Communicate like crazy. (And then communicate again.) - Don’t just train. Empower. Change isn’t about technology. It’s about people. Ignore that, and you’ll be wondering why adoption is flat. PS.
