Support implementation of supplier development processes and tools which result in improved supplier quality, schedule, and cost performance across the SE Asia supply base. 

Demonstrate accountability and good decision making.

Act as Program Manager and Coordinate with Program Leaders for Sustaining Programs and for New & Derivative Programs.

Support onsite team and Supplier Management leaders in implementing key initiatives / improvement activities across SE Asia suppliers.

Assist in obtaining needed resources or tools to meet program goals and objectives. 

Manage work transfer activity to / from SE Asia Support colleagues throughout Asia working with Suppliers in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and elsewhere in Asia.

Sheetmetal and structural repair such as doublers, fastener and structural replacement/removal and fabrication.

Use of power tools such as riveting gun, die grinder, scuff sander, pneumatic drills and shearing machine.

Able to interpret engineering drawings and all other applicable manual such as AMM, SRM, IPC.

Aircraft Structural Mechanic for A320/A330/A340/A380

Created a repair template that saves 1 hour per repair.

Evaluate, repair, modify, install and replace structural parts of Airbus A320, A330/A340 and A380 and Boeing B747 and B777.

Composite repairs such as bonding, inserts, laminating glass, carbon and aramid fiber and prepreg fibers and adhesives, honeycomb planting, vacuum bagging.

Repair method:
Hot bonding using Heatcon.
Cold bonding
Vacuum bagging

Using of power tools such as riveting gun, die grinder, scuff sander, pneumatic drills and shearing machine.

Able to interpret engineering drawings and all other applicable manual such as AMM, SRM.

Removal and installation of pneumatics controls, valves, and cylinder. Troubles shooting of electro-pneumatic controls and PLC.

I do accept consultation job related to aviation such as risk assessment, audit, production monitoring, production recovery, production rate assessment, on time delivery and quality.

Im also a freelance aviation instructor at Lufthansa Technical Training Philippines. My focuses are in Aircraft composite, structure and workshops practices.

I worked for The Boeing Company in the Philippines supporting multiple suppliers in the Philippines and South East Asia. My main role is driving the suppliers to deliver quality and on-time schedule.

I worked for Lufthansa Technik Philippines started as Aircraft Structural and Composite mechanic for 5 years before moving to Jr. Quality Process Engineer in the Base Maintenance with A320,A330,A340,A380,B747 and B777.

I also created a repair template that reduces 1 hour per repair.
