I currently head the Startup Track in Miami's Institute for Entrepreneurship with the focus areas of training the entrepreneurial workforce and developing founders and ecosystem builders to support them. I oversee the Altman Internship program in which we have placed more than 500 students in startup and early stage growth companies, field programs in which we connect student talent with startup organizations and our entrepreneurial ecosystems training and activities to support ecosystem builders and create a talent pipeline for those roles.
