Almost 20 years of experience with over 500 companies from different branches and industries thought me many different sales scenarios and equations. IT, retail, service industries, start-ups, online stores, big manufacturers, … you name it. I gained experience mainly in Slovenian and CEE markets and above all, I truly understand how B2B customers breathe. Understanding the B2C market is also part of my CV. I was Sales manager at 3 different medium sized companies for almost 8 years and took care of: - preparing sales strategies and budgets, - organizing work processes (bpm), - coaching and training sales teams (even before I was SM), - optimizing compensation schemes and price lists (TFL, Kolektiva, Bolha) and - negotiating with biggest clients (Tuš, Sava Hoteli, Knauf, Media agencies, Ministries & State offices, …). With all this knowledge I've started my independent business journey of sales consulting in April 2016. Since than I've helped more than 50 companies and individuals, prepared more than 100 engaging workshops, with over 500 hours of sales trainings. Besides that, teaching great sales techniques and communication skills, preparing motivational compensation schemes and optimising business processes are all on my list of activities. In June 2018 I've started Sales Police, vlog/blog and a sales initiative focused on improving and redefining sales and business with main focus on adding value, sharing knowledge and challenging ineffective practices. After 64 vlogs, 16 blogs and few Corona lockdowns, it was time for a next step. Creating personal brand called Salesfocus in March 2021, thus providing an extra edge to all individuals and business ventures interested in getting things done in sales, knowing it's not an overnight project. Important part of this project is a unique online Sales school/course. It includes video materials, additional learning tools, questionnaires and a certificate of completion. In 2022/23 I've also done many projects regarding online education courses (Udemy, MojeDelo, …), having shot 9 courses.
