I thrive in fast-paced and challenging environments, whether they apply to my career or life. A commitment must be made each day to work effectively, not necessarily harder. I have been fortunate in my journey to have had great managers and mentors to help elevate me to the next level. I worked at one of the largest credit card processing companies (Total Systems Services, Inc) in the U.S as a senior process improvement business analyst on their Latin American platform. I assisted in start-up projects for banks in Mexico and Honduras by meeting with our clients, gathering data, and ensuring project quality and accuracy. A few years later, I was offered a partner/ general manager position for a small privately-owned restaurant. My drive was to develop employees, foster relationships with customers, and engage with the community. The best part of my day was greeting familiar faces and making customers feel welcomed. The pandemic created much uncertainty, and 2020 was extremely hard to navigate. Unfortunately, the business was hit incredibly hard, and a difficult business decision was made to sell the operations. I am eager to carve a new career trajectory for myself into the tech industry, specifically in SaaS. The word “Technology” is exciting because of its way of filtering into everything we do. It’s changing lives daily and moving fast! I discovered preHIRED’s Science-Based Sales®training program, which introduced me to various CRM tools ( Hubspot, Salesforce), lead enrichment (Zoom), lead generation (LeadIQ, ZoomInfo, Discover.org), and the sales process's automation using artificial intelligence. With these additional skill sets, I feel confident and fully equipped to give a SaaS sales team value. I am excited to show how clarity over closing will elevate future leads and prospects. I joined BrainHi this past April and beyond grateful and excited about my new career journey in SaaS sales.
