Agency life sometimes feels like I'm pushing a giant rock uphill. 
 
It's a grind, day in and day out.  
 
You’re constantly juggling: 
 
- Client expectations 
- Tight deadlines 
- Last-minute "can we just add this one thing?" requests 
 
But with all that being said, here’s my secret: 
 
Sucking it up and doing it anyway. 
 
Because when you finally get that rock to the top—or deliver that project—the view is worth it. 
 
To all the agency owners out there: 
 
I see you. I feel you. Keep pushing that rock. 🪨

Ever not been able to open the pickle jar? 
 
Well, it’s not because you are weak. 
 
It’s because you didn’t try hard enough. 
 
- Most people would try half heartedly for 2 seconds 
- Some folks would try to crank on it for 8 seconds 
- A few would wrench at it for 15 seconds 
- Very very few would go all out for a full 60 seconds of pressure 
 
But guess what... 
 
Those are the ones that actually open it. 
 
So when you don’t achieve your goal, ask yourself - “How hard did I really try?” 
 
If you ever wonder why pickles are so salty… 
 
It's because they're tired of people giving up on them.

Diversification is bull*hit. 
 
There’s a reason 99% of Buffett’s wealth is in ONE company... 
 
You’ve probably heard friends or online gurus urging you to diversify into real estate, stocks, crypto, etc., under the banner of “diversification.” 
 
But here’s the truth: 
 
It makes more sense to focus your time and resources on what you know well. 
 
Zero in on where you’re an expert and know more than 99% of others. 
 
This is your leverage point for outsized returns. 
 
For me, it’s no-code. 
 
If I’m in the top 0.1% of experts in this space, I know I can put $1 in and get $2 back. 
 
So why chase real estate deals where the return is $0.10 on that $1? 
 
I won’t be in the top 0.1% of real estate investors if I’m not focused on it. The market is too competitive. 
 
Buffett does the same thing. 
 
He’s an expert at understanding real businesses, so that’s where he focuses. 
 
He doesn’t spend time on real estate, commodities, gold, bonds, or crypto. He even missed most tech investments over the last 30 years because they weren’t what he considers regular businesses (not profitable). 
 
Don’t get sucked into the diversification trap. 
 
Focus on what you know and where your skills are. 
 
The financial returns will follow.

History is clearly telling us the best way to make money in 2024. 
 
Let’s look at some inflection points for the latest business revolutions: 
 
1. Steve Jobs introducing the IPhone → kicked off a massive wave of new business opportunities for payment tools like Square and Venmo to social media platforms like Insta, Tinder, and music companies Spotify 
 
2. The gig economy → started with Uber/Lyft but then went on to become Thumbtack, Upwork, Instacart, DoorDash, and others 
 
3. ChatGPT launch → AI funding grew by 100X in the following 12 months and 1000s of new companies came on scene 
 
Anyone can recognize these inflection points and position themselves ahead of the curve. 
 
In 2024, AI and no-code are the new wave. 
 
There are 1000s of ways to profit with it. 
 
And it’s never been easier to create something amazing without technical knowledge or a big budget. 
 
Some non technical founders we work with have been able to launch their idea with less than $10K invested!

Now, I could sit here and brag about how awesome we are.

That's what I'm excited about.

Ideas are like *ssholes  
  
Everyone has one.
