Hi there! 👋🏼 I'm Matt, a Principal Consultant on our Contract Team here in Bristol and co-lead our Transformation desk. My day to day is spent scaling strategic delivery teams for enterprise technology programmes. Having had years of experience recruiting for several enterprise platforms, I not only take into consideration the specific tool, but what skills are required by a business to enable true transformation. I have scaled teams for many leading Consultancies, System Integrators and Accredited Partners. My aim: to make business fun and accessible by providing a straight-talking service.
