Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for leadPops through outbound prospecting using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, Vidyard video messages, and good old-fashioned cold-calling.
Presenting and demonstrating SaaS solutions to potential clients utilizing the Challenger Method
Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by leadPops
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments relevant to leadPops role in the real estate market.
Meeting or exceeding quota with product ACV of $12,000 with a consistent close rate of at least 65% on average.
Collaborating with internal teams at leadPops to ensure client satisfaction

•	Sales development representative (SDR) for a SAAS provider within the healthcare space.
•	Set product discoveries and demonstrations using outbound email, call, video message (Vidyard), and LinkedIn messaging to consistently achieve quota of 10 meetings or more. Currently in top 5 of reps in setting demonstrations utilizing channel partners. 
•	Within top percentile of team to achieve conversion of decision-making parties of over 35% within conversations with prospect.

•	Player coach driving a team of 8 account executives and sales development representatives in strategy and implementation for a business automation startup. 
•	Manages sales development, accounts, and sales ops while carrying quota. Individual contributor pipeline of monthly gross over $50k. Outbound prospecting targeting SMB clients in hospitality, real estate, and customer service in reputation management division. 
•	Exceeded sales expectations for monthly quota during the height of COVID-19 pandemic 6 months in a row. July of 2021 1.5x over quota, November of 2020 1.8x over quota of $30k. 
•	Curated client outreach content and strategy in new markets. Implements sequences and integrations with Zendesk Sell, Gong, Trello, and management of sales tech stacks.
Manages the growth of strategic accounts and client development from the sales and CSX experience utilizing a combination of Zendesk Sales/Support, and Microsoft Office 365.
