Most recently a People & Culture Partner with Warner Brothers Discovery. Joined HBO Max during an exciting growth period in 2021, with news of the impending integration of WarnerMedia & Discovery. Reporting to our U.S. Talent Leader, I collaborated with Business Partners, legal, HRIS, Communications, strategy, and other stakeholders to facilitate the integration of our streaming organizations. Facilitated, created, and lead the virtual onboarding and orientation of employees critical to integration. These cross functional onboarding events for new hires included interactive virtual activities, breakout rooms, and executive guest speakers. In tandem with a consultant, conveyed what brought us to this point as an organization, and why the integration with Discovery was one to be excited for. Regularly created quarterly workforce mobility metrics and HCM Data visualization presentations with talking points for our US Talent Leader to review with the executive leaders of our business units: Strategy, Product Experience, Program Marketing, Growth Marketing and Subscriber Acquisitions, Creative, Global Operations, Subscriber Acquisition Global Data and AI. In 2020, I graduated with my Masters Degree from UNH In Industrial & Organizational Psychology. During this time I worked for Acuren Inspection as an intern, and then as a Human Resources Representative reporting to the Senior Director- HR & CHRO.
