In my last role as Founder & Director of International Key Supply, I established the company as an industry leader in automotive technology and locksmithing. I have acquired and negotiated vendor and customer contracts; managed and tracked human capital, financial, and information resources; and rejuvenated operations through the implementation of innovative sales processes, maximizing growth and profitability and surpassing all revenue goals. Some additional notable career accomplishments include: • Skyrocketing the company I founded from a part-time e-commerce business to a full-time multichannel B2B & B2C business with a 6,000+ SKU warehouse and a sophisticated website generating $28M+ in annual sales through multiple channels including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Newegg and more. • Achieving long-term employee retention by garnering trust and performance through unwavering dedication and countless hours of team guidance. • Instilling a culture of operational excellence and accountability by analyzing current business systems and developing and delivering new processes, contributing to 50% increased sales. • Trademarking and building multiple successful brands, including the proprietary eponym for the category, Durashell, and the most well-known brand in the aftermarket key fob space, Keyless2Go; granted product design patent that allowed us to circumvent a competitor’s utility patent.
