Can you remember how it was 10+ years ago when everyone told you that you needed a website to attract new customers or talents online 🤔 As you and I both know today, those days are long gone. Traditional websites simply don't work to attract qualified new customers or talent. That's because if you give your customers too many options, they'll be as overwhelmed on your website as they are in the supermarket in front of the frozen food aisle. What really works today? Mini websites that are optimized for a specific goal. We call these mini websites: MOBILE FUNNELS. Example: You want to: - Generate appointment requests: Choose the appointment funnel - Hire talent: Choose the recruiting funnel - Receive offer requests: Choose the offer funnel With Mobile Funnels set up specifically for this purpose, none of this is a problem. They are the true growth driver of any successful business today. The principle behind them is really simple: Ad > Mobile Funnel > Qualified Contacts - as the growth driver of your project. In our first years we set up Mobile Funnels exclusively for brands like Coca-Cola, Mercedes-Benz, Zalando, etc.. Until one day we made the decision to help more companies with a really simple software solution. We wanted to help entrepreneurs, agencies, marketers & creators to set up their own Mobile Funnel in an uncomplicated and fast way. In just a few minutes, with no prior knowledge. We now have well over 5,000 active customers building successful Mobile Funnels every day in over 50 industries. You can do it too 🙂 Our mission is to build the easiest growth tools in the world. Intuitive and beautiful. Because 3 million entrepreneurs spend half their time marketing. They deserve Superpowers to follow their passion. If you'd like to learn more about me, our product, or our Journey as a self-funded & remote startup, feel free to write me directly here on LinkedIn, or check out our site. https://perspective.co/ I look forward to hearing from you. P.s.: In our new & free funnel crashcourse, I share the 6 most successful Mobile Funnel templates from our top 1% of clients: https://strategie.perspective.co/crashkurs/

When we made this video, I was like, “nice, something cool for the website.” I never expected 2/3 of candidates to mention it in hiring interviews. But they do. Because it’s not just a video. It’s a film that tells our story. Here’s why it works: Instead of the usual typical corporate fluff, it's something real and emotional. Shot like a Hollywood movie. They feel our vibe. They hear our story. They understand our ambition. So, if you’re scaling your team: → Create something that connects. → Forget the boring “About Us” page. → Show your story in a way that resonates. And if you’re looking for a shortcut: Our friends at About People (the agency that made our video) just had a major project rescheduled, so they’ve got some rare capacity right now. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a high-quality recruiting video that actually works. Info: This is just the trailer (full Perspective film linked in the comments).
So many people asked for this, and I’m excited to say, the team just delivered. 🚀 Perspective lead qualification is here. With our new Email & Phone Verification feature, you can improve your lead quality by up to 40 % with just one simple setting. Why it matters: → Cleaner data, better results: Verified emails and phone numbers mean fewer bounces and better campaign performance. → No more fake contacts: Emails are verified instantly, phone numbers confirmed via SMS. You’re only working with real, engaged leads. → Save your time (and your sanity): If you’re in sales or recruiting, you know the pain of calling dead numbers. Now, you can be sure every contact is legit before you ever pick up the phone. → Setup in seconds: Just add the fields, toggle validation on, and you’re done. No code, no hassle. No more wasted time. No more fake leads. Just real people, ready to hear from you. And the best part? It’s 100% free for all Perspective users for the next 2 months. Log into your account, or start a trial, and give it a try today. I hope you’ll love it as much as I do. Nice work, team ☀️
A lot of companies use pressure and micromanagement to drive performance. We decided to do it differently and it works 10x better. Micromanaging is energy-draining. It’s not fun for anyone, especially the manager. Plus, it’s not who we are, and it’s not the culture we want to build. This is especially important when you’re running a remote company. Without an office, you miss out on spontaneous high-fives, casual compliments, or that feeling of being “seen” just by showing up. That’s why we created “Love is in the Air”. A simple Slack channel that completely transformed our team culture. Here’s how it works: Whenever someone does great work, supports a teammate, or brings good energy, they get public appreciation. And guess what? When people feel seen for what they do well, they naturally do more of it. → Engagement went up. → People took more ownership. → The energy of the team shifted. Turns out, you don’t need pressure to drive performance. You just need appreciation. ❤️ So, does your company have a “Love is in the Air” channel yet?
This video cost us €15.000 and 100+ hours of work. After 5 years, it has generated less than 1,000 views. When we started Perspective, I was drawn to all the emotional, high-impact marketing I loved from brands like Apple and Nike. They made me believe that’s how you build a company and get clients to care. So we created this super emotional, inspiring video to connect with entrepreneurs and get them to feel like we were on their side. We spent weeks on it. I poured countless hours into the iterations. We spent tens of thousands on production, professional actors, and promotion. And the result? No one cared. What I learned from that experience is simple: Do sales → $0-$1M Invest in marketing → $0-$10M Build brand → above $10M Bottom line: The shiny, emotional stuff is great, but it won’t move the needle in the early days. Did you have an experiment fail spectacularly yet?
Remote work is brutal because there’s nowhere to hide. The office created this illusion: Looking busy = being productive. Remote work stripped away the theater: → No more “staying late” for show → No endless meetings to fill time → Way less "office politics" Just pure results. Suddenly, we could see: → Who actually moves projects forward → Who solves problems independently → Who creates real value At Perspective, we experienced this firsthand. Some people struggled, of course … remote isn’t for everyone and we all thrive under different conditions. But for us, it became clear: Our top performers thrived remotely. → Shipping features that customers love → Solving complex problems independently → Making things happen without supervision That's why we'll never go back to the classic office setup. Remote work simply exposes everything. Maybe that’s why so many companies don’t offer it? P.S. If this post resonated with you, we’re also hiring 🫶 link in the comments!
It’s not sexy, but it’s what makes everything else work. I spent the last few weeks building something that most people wouldn’t call exciting: A detailed scorecard system for every product role – from PM to design to engineering. It breaks down: → What activities actually drive outcomes → What each role is responsible for → What success looks like Not flashy, but absolutely essential. When you’re working with a product team of 20+ people, clarity is everything. Without it, even smart teams get stuck. People step on each other’s toes. Priorities blur. And worst of all, momentum disappears. This system fixes that. In the near future, everyone will know exactly where they contribute, how their work connects to the bigger picture, and how to execute without waiting on someone else. It’s not glamorous work. But it’s what lets us build fast (without burning out). If we want to become one of the best software companies in the world, we can’t just obsess over the product. We have to obsess over how we operate, too. So if your team feels stuck right now? Check for clarity. Speed doesn’t come from pressure. It comes from alignment. Does everyone on your team know exactly what they’re responsible for?
After 472 iterations, our website soft-relaunch is live! For months, I had this low-level frustration sitting in the back of my mind. Our website just didn’t feel like us. It didn’t show what we’re really capable of. It didn’t reflect the platform we’ve built. It still looked and sounded like an agency. And every time I looked at it, I thought: “Eh. We’ll fix it later.” Until I couldn’t ignore it anymore. So I sat down. Wrote out everything that felt wrong. The message. The structure. The look. The feeling. Inspiration started showing up everywhere. I screenshotted websites, built moodboards and threw everything into Notion. It wasn’t just about copy or design. It was about identity. Then we finally started the rebuild. → I mapped out new sections with Marco. → Laura managed the whole process (flawlessly). → We brought in a motion designer to bring it to life. → Jannis built it in Webflow, one obsessive iteration at a time. I probably sent 500 messages like: “Hey, the alignment is off by 2 pixels here.” “Can this animation be 0.3s faster?” “Why does this shadow feel… insecure?” For me it wasn’t just about aesthetics. It was about getting something to feel right. To make something that actually represents who we are → clearly, confidently, intentionally. So when was the last time you looked at your site and thought, “Yeah… that’s really us”?
How most companies support your growth: → Offer a €500/year learning budget (no one uses). → Send you to a conference once a year. → Buy you an Audible subscription How we do it Perspective → Give you real ownership. → Hand you projects that actually matter. → Trust you to figure it out (even if you’re not “ready” yet). Nothing accelerates growth like taking full responsibility. Not theory. Not courses. Not permission. Real learning happens when the stakes are real. You won’t just “participate” in projects here. You’ll own them. And yes, you’ll make mistakes. It’s okay. We all do. But that’s exactly why you’ll grow faster than you thought possible. So if you’re ready to actually grow (not just collect certificates), check out our open roles. Link in the comments. 🤝 What's the best "growth experience" someone offered you?
Why are we betting big on partnerships? We’ve got over 6,000 active customers across multiple industries, and it’s virtually impossible to build the perfect template for each one. It's simple … Imagine your best friend shows you a funnel that’s generated millions in your industry and shares the exact template with you. Would you use it? Of course. You trust your friend, and you’ve seen the results. That’s exactly how we approach partnerships at Perspective. We don’t try to be experts in every industry. Instead, we work with partners who are. People who know what works and have the proof to back it up. Whether it’s real estate, financial services, solar or something else. When our partners share proven strategies and funnel templates, they gain trust, credibility, and a steady stream of new clients. That’s how we win together. How do you approach partnerships in your business? P.S. Alex & Leon also cooked up a new Agency Partner Program, more info in the comments 🤝
To everyone working in sales: When I was selling 1:1, I closed over €2M in revenue a year. Now, as a sales + marketing team, we’re doing €10M+. Here’s the part no one tells you: If you know how to close deals in person, you’re already 80% of the way to becoming an elite online marketer. You just haven’t digitized yourself yet. That’s what a Video Sales Letter (VSL) funnel does. It turns your best pitch into a sales machine that works 24/7. → No meetings. → No back-and-forth. → No chasing. Just you, selling to hundreds or thousands (while you sleep). When I was still running my agency, I learned how to sell one-to-one. But deep down, I saw what was happening in the US market. These online marketers weren’t selling one person at a time. They had mastered the art of selling to many → through video. That’s the real leverage. And that’s where most people massively underestimate what a Video Sales Funnel actually is. Because it’s not just “record a video and hope it works.” It’s a psychologically engineered sales asset. Scripted like a masterpiece. Tested and refined like a funnel. And designed to do what great salespeople do: → Build trust. → Move people. → Drive decisions. And yes, this works for B2B too. It’s not easy to pull off. But once you get it working, you never want to go back. P.S. Here’s our VSL funnel: Preview: https://lnkd.in/e7g6uWnA The template to copy: https://lnkd.in/ew-7BMDN And here’s our VSL script as a little bonus: https://lnkd.in/eHAeui_7 Enjoy!
My prediction: AIs like ChatGPT will become the biggest marketing channel ever - 20x bigger than SEO ever was. I type way more questions into ChatGPT than I ever typed into Google. And I’d bet I'm not the only one. Search behavior is changing → For decades, SEO was the holy grail: → Pick the right keywords → Climb the rankings → Win traffic 🥂 But now? We don’t search anymore. We ask. And AI delivers exactly that. It means SEO (as we know it) is dying and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is taking its place. Getting AI models to know your brand, trust your brand, and recommend your brand is the new game. A game almost no one is playing. No templates. No 10-step guides. There are no gurus (yet). Just a wide-open frontier. At Perspective, we’re betting big on it. Because in 2–3 years, when someone asks ChatGPT: “What’s the best software for [X]?” If you’re not the answer, you may not exist. What are your thoughts on this? P.S. We are looking for someone who wants to build this channel for Perspective – know someone or deep in the trenches yourself? Hit me up, please.
I promised you an update on our US expansion! We started earlier this year, and you know what? After just 4 months, the US is growing faster than our home market. Here’s the ugly ‘behind the scenes’: For 3 years, we tried to expand internationally. A little effort here. A few campaigns there. Some ideas on the side. It didn’t work. At all. The real shift happened when we stopped treating US expansion as a side project and started treating it as our only project. Here’s what we did: → Killed all German content creation (even though 99% of our revenue was still from DACH) → Moved all marketing, product, and internal communication to English → Filtered every idea through one lens: “Does this help us win in the US?” It’s still early, but the momentum is real. Let’s go. P.S. We’re hiring. If you want to be part of this exciting chapter, check the comments.
