PSA: No one’s coming to give you a prize for working 80+ hours a week. Productivity isn’t measured by how many emails you sent, how many Slack messages you cleared, or how busy your schedule is. There’s a difference between looking productive and being productive. The former involves doing work that’s shallow, comfortable and makes you feel important. The latter involves doing work that’s deep, challenging and makes your future self feel proud. Rather than grinding toward a future where you no longer have to grind, ask yourself what you’ll do with your time once you get there, then work backwards.

You deserve to be free. During a growth season, there's bound to be periods where progress isn't happening as fast as you want to. There will always be projects that have yet to be completed, and problems that have yet to be solved. But that doesn't mean you don't deserve enjoy life along the way. Date nights, workout times, slow mornings, guilt-free vacations, spending time being fully present with family - both physically & mentally. You can have these WHILE pursuing your ambitions. 🟢 That said, stop buying into the belief that you can only experience the freedom you desire AFTER you have "arrived". Because unless you decide to stop growing, you will never arrive. The goal post will always be moving, so will the life of you and the people who matter most to you. Stop waiting to claim the freedom you deserve, and go maximize your return-on-life. 👊

There is a DIFFERENCE between hiring a VA and buying back time. The former involves putting together a job post and making a job offer. The latter involves everything that comes BEFORE and AFTER the hire. ➡️Simplifying and standardizing day to day operations 🌊Streamlining processes for repeatability 📝Documenting how-tos into clear SOPs ⤴️Creating a 7 day onboarding process 🎯 Setting the right expectations on day one 💪Developing a system for tracking, reporting and self-accountability 🚀 Paving the path for ongoing skill & performance development The reason why my clients & I can essentially clone ourselves with our VAs is because we don't take short cuts. Every step mentioned above matters, taking short cuts will only lead to pain in the form of correcting mistakes, putting out fires, endless hand-holding, and wondering whether you should fire your VA and do everything yourself again. I get it, we're all busy and this is not the sexiest thing to work on. Especially when you're a visionary. But it matters, that's why we do it for our clients. 🤝 So that we can free ourselves from being the bottleneck and create breakthroughs while reclaiming the time freedom we deserve. Let's build. With leverage.

Stop using a full calendar as a source of self-worth. Society likes to glorify people who are always busy, regardless of whether they are actually being productive. That’s why, if you share how you worked 80 hour weeks, most people will cheer you on. But when you share how you made 100k last month while working 4 hour days, most people will secretly root for you to fail. Most people are average. And average people trade time for money. To not be average, decide what it is that you want – Recognition or results. 👏If it’s recognition, keep taking pride in your ability to send the most emails, respond to DMs the fastest, or efficiently deal with $10 tasks. 🎯If it’s results, stop trading time for money and start leveraging time. Let go of all the busy work by automating, delegating and eliminating. Reinvest that time to focus on solving big problems through deep work, and be comfortable having an empty schedule, because that’s where creativity and innovation happens.  Grind less. Flow more. Live fully. 👊

Today I finally understood why relationships are never fair. Me: - Hit gym 6x per week plus cardio - Diet restriction - Had oats & whey for breakfast this morning Phoebe: - Group yoga and HIIT 2x per week - Occasionally forgets to eat - Had sausage roll with ketchup this morning And whose bicep vein is more prominent? Her. This ain’t fair.

How to watch the NBA if you are a busy entrepreneur Step 1: List down every low value task you're doing Step 2: Go back home Step 3: Document how to do those task into SOPs Step 4: Delegate the task to your rockstar Virtual Assistant Step 5: Sit on sofa, turn on TV Step 6: Watch the NBA Playoffs Follow me for more tips to free up time to do what you love.

Wasting time is self-sabotage in slow motion. 🕰️💀 If time is life… Then wasting time isn’t just inefficient — it’s deadly. Every hour spent doomscrolling or stuck in $10 tasks is time stolen —from your dreams, —from your loved ones, —from the life you say you want. No one knows how much time we’ve got left. But one thing’s for sure — it’s not infinite. That’s why I stopped seeing wasted time as “no big deal.” And started seeing it for what it is: A slow erosion of purpose. Every minute is a choice: Drift through life by default… Or live by design and make every moment count. What would change if you treated time like the precious, one-way ticket it truly is? Let’s build something worthy of it. 👊

Back in early 2023, I made the decision to hide nothing from my clients. 👀 If they wanted to see what my ClickUp looks like, I’ll share my screen and show it to them as long as there’s no private client info in it. 👀 If they wanted to see how I’m implementing the AI-Powered Content Playbook with my VA, I’ll show it to them - internal SOPs, prompts, DM scripts, trackers.. everything. Just last month I hired a recruiter who freed up 10 hours per week for me within her second week. A client asked how I did it, and I showed him my whole process on Notion - from job ad, to onboarding, to training and reporting. Committing to this level of transparency was one of the scariest decisions I’ve made. But I knew it’s the right thing to do. Not only am I being held accountable to be my own best client. I’m able to instil confidence with my clients and have them trust the process - knowing that I’ll only teach what’s proven, and I’m practicing what I preach. Back then the internet trust recession has just begun to rear its head. Now, people are more skeptical than ever and their BS meters are tuned to the highest sensitivity level possible. 🌡️ 🚩Why is this guy marketing a course on organic leadgen through ads? 🚩Why am I pitched a service to book calls with ads, through cold DMs? People no longer take claims and marketing messages for granted. They want to be shown what works, not told. That’s why, as someone who helps Founders deploy VAs and processes to scale with leverage, I’m gonna open source my own delegation playbooks, SOPs, processes and systems. I’m also gonna live a life by design, enjoying the freedom that my own strategies have created for me. THEN guide clients to do the same. Plus document my whole journey through content. With the good, the bad, the ugly, with no filters. Gaining trust in the modern world isn’t easy, but it’s less hard when you commit to being a trustworthy person. Do what’s right 👊

No matter how friggin amazing of a job your VA does, never call them a GOAT without explaining what it means. They’ll think you called them a literal goat and proceed to subtly lower their enthusiasm towards you & the work assigned. Ask me how know.

    4

Results don’t come faster when you rush, it comes when you increase certainty and clarity toward the outcome.

Suffering from “too-much-to-do-and-too-little-time-to-do-it” syndrome? If your days are spent operating the business, jumping between reactive work, and wondering when you’ll ever have time to work on needle moving projects… it’s probably time to put proper processes in place and delegating all those $10 tasks to a reliable VA. ✍️List out everything that needs to be done for the business to be maintained. 📝List out every task that isn’t worth your time. 🎥Film a Loom video covering how each task should be done, and what does “done” look like. 🤝Hire a VA who has the attitude, competence and experience required to handle those tasks. 📄Create a system for the VA to hold themselves accountable, track progress and report to you without any need for micromanagement. The life and business you want is on the other side of delegating what’s below the worth of your time, and freeing yourself up to do what generates the most progress, fulfilment and enjoyment. Let’s build with leverage. 🌴

The clearer your VISION, the EASIER it is to tell apart distractions from opportunities. You literally get exposed to a new “$$ making opportunity” PER SCROLL on social media. Which is the exact reason why shiny objects syndrome and complexity creep are the 2 biggest killers of modern businesses. Because the more opportunities you try to seize at the same time, the less likely any opportunities will end up giving you the returns you’re looking for. Rather than trying to fit as many opportunities into your business, FILTER OUT as many opportunities as possible, using your vision as the sharp lens. So that you can be free focus on THE most effective pathway toward your greatest goals, while operating in flow and alignment.

        4

$3000 That was how much profit I made when I hit my first 30k month. On paper, the business was growing and I just achieved a new revenue record. But once you look past the numbers, you can see me being more miserable and burnt out than ever. 🤦🏻‍♂️ What started off as a facebook profile and zoom account has turned into 5 funnels, 3 contracted services, 27 software, and one stressed out person. As much as I wanted to keep pushing and grow to 50k months followed by 100k months, I couldn’t. Because deep down I knew that, if I hated my business at its current size, I’ll despise it once it gets bigger. I stepped away from a secure and cozy career as a vet surgeon not because I wanted to build a business that feels like a soul sucking, cash burning monster. I wanted to have ultimate freedom. To do good work with clients I love, while being able to do whatever I want, wherever I want, whenever I want, with people who matter most. That’s why, rather than forcing the business to scale, I decided to ruthlessly downsize. 🟢Through replacing complexity with simplicity, the business was able to get rebuilt way more profitably. 🟢Through prioritizing depth over width, the business was able to go from labour-driven to process-driven. With daily operations smoothly systemized & delegated. 🟢And most importantly, growth feels predictable, enjoyable and freeing. Complexity creates stress. Simplicity creates leverage. Leverage creates lifestyle.

Don’t hire another VA until you read this. You’re probably familiar with this delegation death loop, right? Roll the dice, hire a VA, assign tasks and duties, realize things weren’t getting done correctly, spend hours writing SOPs and correcting mistakes, wonder if it’ll take less time if you go back to doing everything yourself. 💀 I get it, you’re busy. And the last thing you want is to pay for a VA to buy back time… only to spend EVEN MORE time on training and management. Having hired and managed hundreds of VA for clients, here is the single linchpin that separates transformative hires from disastrous fires. 👉Your onboarding process. ⚙️ Is your company’s vision, mission and values clearly articulated? ⚙️ Is there a crystal clear overview of how your company operates? ⚙️ Are role mission, role responsibility and KPIs clearly communicated? ⚙️ Is there a set of tasks that your VA can start working on immediately? ⚙️ Are there SOPs documented for your VA to execute those tasks confidently? ⚙️ Are there processes in place for the VA to hold themselves accountable and independently provide progress reports to you? If any of these are short of a “HECK YES”... do NOT hire a VA. It’ll just send you down the dark path of micromanaging, re-setting expectations, re-training how things should be done, re-explaining yourself, re-firing another VA, and re-wearing the Chief Everything Officer hat. Life’s too short to be dealing with a revolving door of hires & fires, especially when your time is way better off being used focusing on high value activities or going on guilt-free vacations. 🌴 That said, I’ve put together a playbook laying out my entire system on how to get new hires to reach full productivity within their first week. So you can smoothly delegate busy work without the headache and reclaim the time freedom you deserve. Comment “Playbook” below and I’ll send you a copy. No questions asked.

AI won’t replace VAs, but VAs who use AI will replace those who don’t. 🤖👩🏻‍💻 If you run a business it’s hard to not get overwhelmed by all the new AI tools & trends that are popping up every few days. Testing out each tool takes time, Mastering each tool is a new learning curve, Incorporating each tool into daily operations is a new initiative by itself. 🔑 That’s where AI-Powered VAs come in. 🔎 Trained to research AI tools that’s most relevant to your company’s objectives. 🦾 Produces their own layer of leverage by using AI to execute their assigned tasks, 📑 Builds SOPs and user guides for you & your team to increase output with AI, ⚙️Creates an “AI use case” vault inside your company with the help of Perplexity and “how to create a prompt” prompting formula. Results? Go from spending hours trying to keep up with the AI wave just to get overwhelmed, to spending 1-2 hours per week reviewing how AI is being integrated to company operations with your VAs help. There’s leverage, then there’s compounding leverage. Will be releasing new playbooks around this for clients & their VAs to implement. The unfair advantage this will give to “lazy yet productive“ Founders is gonna be insane. 🤯

Most entrepreneurs are burning themselves out by ignoring their body's natural rhythms. Your body operates in 90-120 minute energy cycles. Push through these natural breaks, and your energy peaks get lower and lower until you flatline. The solution isn't working harder—it's working smarter. Create 60-90 minute focus blocks followed by 10-20 minute recovery periods. Treat your workday like high-intensity interval training rather than an endless marathon. This simple shift transformed my productivity. I went from being constantly exhausted to having predictable bursts of high performance throughout the day. Complexity creates stress. Simplicity creates leverage. Leverage creates lifestyle. What's one way you could implement strategic recovery into your day? Comment below.

I disagree with 95% of Hormozi’s life advice, but 1000% agree with business advice like this one. Problem is, this feels impossible for a lot of people. ❌ Because when your time is spent keeping up with day-to-day operations and bouncing between reactive work… it’s near impossible to block off 4 hours for one thing. That’s why, for every new client I onboard, we go ALL IN on achieving this one objective: 🎯 Reduce time spent working IN the business to 50% or less. Because if you can’t dedicate at least 50% to work ON the business, you’ll always be in survival mode. Not enough clients? Not a problem. Not enough clients but also can’t dedicate 4 hours a day to get clients? BIG problem. Fulfilment isn’t scalable? Not a problem. Fulfillment isn’t scalable, but also can’t dedicate 4 hours a day to streamline & systemize operations? BIG problem. Oftentimes it’s pretty clear what needs to be done in order for businesses to reach the next level. What’s hard is the business owner’s ability to allocate extended periods for deep work, and focus on solving the biggest bottlenecks until they break through. That’s why we ruthlessly eliminate complexity, That’s why we build streamlined processes & repeatable SOPs, That’s why we delegate low value tasks to VAs, That’s why we make sure businesses are built upon foundations that are strong & scalable. So that we can spend less time running the day to day, and spend more time growing the business every day.

It's been more than 3 years since I've said "I'm busy". Wiping this phrase from my vocabulary wasn't easy, but I had to do it after recognizing the level of damage and misalignment it was causing. By saying "I'm busy", I'm telling the world that I don't have time. And even when I DO have time, I'll unconsciously fill it with busy work, so that I can support my self-proclaimed identity as a busy person. ⌛️ With that, out goes the stillness and headspace required to innovate and solve problems. ⌛️ Along with it, out goes the worthiness to experience the freedom and time off that we deserve. And this is how most entrepreneurs, my past self included, end up on a hamster wheel. Where they are so busy doing what's keeping them stuck, that they become TOO BUSY to do what actually moves them forward. Whenever I'm about to say "I'm busy", I catch myself before those words slip through my mouth. 🔄 "I'm busy" -> "Sorry but I have to say no to this, since I'm prioritizing XYZ during this season I'm in." 🔄 "I'm busy" -> "Sure, let me make time for this" As a result, I have all the time in the world. No one's busy. Those who say they are simply need to get better at clarifying and communicating their priorities. Get good at it and be free. 🌴

You don’t need more time. You need fewer distractions. ⚡️ Most people think they need to work harder to get more done. But truth is… if you remove the noise, you’ll work better — not just more. Here are 3 tools I use every day to stay insanely productive: 🧠 Noise-canceling headphones — so I can stay in flow no matter where I am. ⏲️ A physical timer — to stay locked in for 60–90 minute sprints without checking my calendar. 📵 A Brick tag on my phone — to instantly block all the apps that waste my time. With these? I make it easier to focus, so I can get more done in less time — and live more outside of work too. 👇 Want the links to these tools? They’re in the comments.

🔑 3 hours of deep work per day. That's all you need to achieve a year’s worth of progress in a single quarter. I can pretty much guarantee this after helping hundreds of clients to grind less and flow more. We're living in a time where everyone's hyper-distracted and constantly reactive. That said, whoever has the ability to control their focus and attention will inevitably gain an unfair advantage. Good news is the process is simple, with only 2 things required. 1️⃣ The ability to block off extended periods of time for deep work. When you've the only person doing everything in the business, everything demands your attention, and frequent context switching is required just to keep up with the day-to-day. This makes deep work impossible, because even if you manage to block off time, anxiety will creep in as you worry about the accumulation of "urgent tasks" the moment you step away from the chaos. Solution to this: Eliminate the trivial Delegate the reactive Automate the repetitive. 2️⃣ The ability to focus and tap in to flow during those periods. In the age of AI, easy work becomes irrelevant, hard work becomes the new easy, and solving very hard problems will secure your place in your industry for the next 5-10 years. Problem is, solving very hard problems requires a lot of cognitive load and intense brain work. That's why it is imperative to reduce the number of tasks at hand, so that our cognitive load is freed up to focus on one task at hand. Because flow follows focus, and when you're in flow, you can breeze past even the most demanding problems, and produce work that's so high quality & profitable that you might even be surprised by it. If this is an unfamiliar or rare experience for you, practice it. 💪 Focus is like a muscle, you have to train it for strength and stamina to build. 3 hours blocked off for deep work per day. 2-2.5 hours of it spent in flow. When this is dialed in, it'll be hard NOT to experience momentum which over time compounds into exponential growth curves. If you're serious in putting this into action, to replace grind time with flow time, and multiply effectiveness while making progress feel effortless, comment "FLOW" below. I'll share with you a training that'll help you do exactly that within 10 days.
