I’m shutting down Elite Productivity. With the recent market changes, and with the AI wave disrupting the productivity & business space, it just doesn’t make sense to continue anymore. We’ve tried pooling resources to adapt, and pushed to stay ahead of the curve, but it’s time to take things in another direction. For those of you who have been with me along the way, from the bottom of my heart, I appreciate you. Until next time.
There is a DIFFERENCE between hiring a VA and buying back time. The former involves putting together a job post and making a job offer. The latter involves everything that comes BEFORE and AFTER the hire. ➡️Simplifying and standardizing day to day operations 🌊Streamlining processes for repeatability 📝Documenting how-tos into clear SOPs ⤴️Creating a 7 day onboarding process 🎯 Setting the right expectations on day one 💪Developing a system for tracking, reporting and self-accountability 🚀 Paving the path for ongoing skill & performance development The reason why my clients & I can essentially clone ourselves with our VAs is because we don't take short cuts. Every step mentioned above matters, taking short cuts will only lead to pain in the form of correcting mistakes, putting out fires, endless hand-holding, and wondering whether you should fire your VA and do everything yourself again. I get it, we're all busy and this is not the sexiest thing to work on. Especially when you're a visionary. But it matters, that's why we do it for our clients. 🤝 So that we can free ourselves from being the bottleneck and create breakthroughs while reclaiming the time freedom we deserve. Let's build. With leverage.
Now that Elite Productivity is no more… ALLOW ME TO INTRODUCE TO YOU — POLARIS🌟 Our vision goes beyond helping Founders get more done. Because what’s the point of productivity without fulfilment, growth without joy, or wealth without peace? I don’t have a problem with scaling—but I do have a BIG problem with Founders forcing scale at the expense of sanity, relationships, and what matters most. POLARIS is built on the belief that modern entrepreneurs don’t just crave scale—they desire spaciousness, alignment, and peak entrepreneurial experience. Because when you’re in flow, scaling happens as momentum compounds. We’re not coaches who hand you worksheets and say “hire someone,” Nor are we recruiters who leave you micromanaging a VA and writing SOPs. We’re your strategic partners—helping transform your business from a labour-driven vehicle to a process-driven asset. Here’s how👇 🌟Visionary Operating Systems Most Founders overbuild business systems and underbuild systems for themselves. We won’t skip this. Otherwise, you scale a clunky machine built on poor decisions. Each Founder gets their own Visionary OS—customized to their lifestyle, rhythms, and business stage. It protects their focus and their boundaries while they chase greater achievement. 🌟Leverage Centers Scaling without infrastructure is like building a skyscraper on quicksand. We audit and simplify your business, then layer in structure—mapping streamlined, predictable processes in every area from acquisition to admin. If a task isn’t worth your time, we help you delegate it. 🌟Done-For-You Delegation We don’t just find you VAs—we onboard, hire, and manage them. Our Quantum Assistant Mastermind turns them into AI-powered, self-accountable rockstars who think ahead and execute the systems we co-create. All of this is bundled into our flagship program, INFINITY—high-touch coaching + end-to-end VA services + fractional integrator support. We absorb the operational complexity, so you stay focused on the big picture and scale with simple, repeatable systems. To maintain quality and results, we’re only taking 5 clients per month. In a sea of group programs and course-buffet masterminds… INFINITY makes no sense ♾️. But it’s the right thing to do. We’re pioneering a movement that liberates Founders—not just from tasks, but from being the bottleneck in their own business. If you’re ready to experience freedom, fulfillment and flow… Or want to see how our offer works, Comment INFINITY below and I’ll send you the details.
How to watch the NBA if you are a busy entrepreneur Step 1: List down every low value task you're doing Step 2: Go back home Step 3: Document how to do those task into SOPs Step 4: Delegate the task to your rockstar Virtual Assistant Step 5: Sit on sofa, turn on TV Step 6: Watch the NBA Playoffs Follow me for more tips to free up time to do what you love.
You deserve to be free. During a growth season, there's bound to be periods where progress isn't happening as fast as you want to. There will always be projects that have yet to be completed, and problems that have yet to be solved. But that doesn't mean you don't deserve enjoy life along the way. Date nights, workout times, slow mornings, guilt-free vacations, spending time being fully present with family - both physically & mentally. You can have these WHILE pursuing your ambitions. 🟢 That said, stop buying into the belief that you can only experience the freedom you desire AFTER you have "arrived". Because unless you decide to stop growing, you will never arrive. The goal post will always be moving, so will the life of you and the people who matter most to you. Stop waiting to claim the freedom you deserve, and go maximize your return-on-life. 👊
It's been more than 3 years since I've said "I'm busy". 🙅♂️ Wiping this phrase from my vocabulary wasn't easy, but I had to do it after recognizing the level of damage and misalignment it was causing. By saying "I'm busy", I'm telling the world that I don't have time. And even when I DO have time, I'll unconsciously fill it with busy work, so that I can support my self-proclaimed identity as a busy person. With that, out goes the stillness and headspace required to innovate and solve problems. Along with it, out goes the worthiness to experience the freedom and time off that we deserve. And this is how most entrepreneurs, my past self included, end up on a hamster wheel. Where they are so busy doing what's keeping them stuck, that they become TOO BUSY to do what actually moves them forward. Whenever I'm about to say "I'm busy", I catch myself before those words slip through my mouth. 🔄 "I'm busy" -> "Sorry but I have to say no to this, since I'm prioritizing XYZ during this season I'm in." 🔄 "I'm busy" -> "Sure, let me make time for this" As a result, I have all the time in the world. No one's busy. Those who say they are simply need to get better at clarifying and communicating their priorities. Get good at it and be free. 🌴
Stop climbing the wrong mountain. There's no worse place you can be than to climb to the top of the mountain, only to realize you've climbed the wrong one. This hit me hard when I realized I was killing myself 90% of the time just to celebrate new revenue records for 5 days... then immediately sprint again and feel miserable 95% of the time. The hustle and grind mentality promises freedom, but it delivers the opposite. It traps you in a cycle where every win feels expensive, every milestone feels hollow, and success starts feeling like a burden rather than a breakthrough. That's when I knew something had to shift. Instead of grinding harder toward goals that weren't aligned with what I actually wanted, I started designing my business around flow rather than force. The question isn't whether you can push through another quarter of 80-hour weeks. The question is: Are you climbing toward a summit that will actually fulfill you when you reach it? Because if you're building a business that requires you to sacrifice everything you value just to maintain it, you're not building an asset. You're building a prison. Let's build what aligns with our values, desired lifestyle, and sources of fulfilment.

She started off as a general VA, worked her way up to becoming my EA, then stepped into the operations assistant / HR role. The list of tasks above did not get delegated passively. 🌴 Company operations are ongoingly mapped out & updated, 🌴 Detailed demonstrations are recorded for every task, 🌴 SOPs were written and reviewed, 🌴 Mistakes were documented and used to refine SOPs, 🌴 Feedback loops were created to gather data for ongoing optimization. The process is simple but not easy, and both of us have grown a ton along the way. I instill vision and pour into her, while she proactively absorbs knowledge and actualizes her potential. There are many instances where I could've said "I'm busy" or "It'll be easier if I were to do this myself." But I didn't. Because if I were to choose between staying busy or creating leverage, I'll always choose the latter. A substantial investment in time and effort was made over the years, and as a result an exponential return on time and energy was generated. If you're ready to pay for a VA, make sure you're also ready to invest into the process of delegation. Just like how you transitioned from an employee to an entrepreneur, it won't feel comfortable at the start. But once you gain momentum and start experiencing a return-on-time, there's no going back. Because leverage creates lifestyle. 🏝️
You’re not lazy. You’ve just been sold this broken formula: 👉 Hustle > Success > Freedom Nobody starts a business just to feel burnt out, stuck and resentful. Yet we’re in a pandemic where most Founders are constantly in motion, yet never feeling momentum. Every time you win, it feels expensive. Every time you make progress, it feels uneasy. Every time you take a break, it feels guilty. Here’s what’s going on: The real problem isn’t that you’re not working hard enough. It’s that your business is built to cage you in, rather than to set you free. Freedom doesn’t come after success. Freedom is the foundation that enables success. Stop chasing consistency through willpower. Start creating consistency through systems. Stop associating progress with full calendars. Start creating progress that compounds freedom. You’re in your zone of genius, Systems hustle for you, Self-managing assistants handles the details, Flow is your default state – not a fleeting experience. That is what freedom feels like. That is what scale should look like. Breakthroughs don’t happen when you hustle harder, Breakthroughs happen when you let go of everything that keeps you out of flow. What’s one thing you’re currently doing yourself that, when delegated, will make the biggest difference to your time & energy? Drop it below and let’s get your energy back. 👇
Breakthroughs don’t happen by doing more of the same. They happen upon a decision to let go. ⛓️💥 This might sound counter intuitive, but how else would you explain people who get stuck despite being super smart, skilled and hard working? That’s because what holds us back is not the lack of ability to pursue a better future, but the refusal to let go of the past. A past consisting of outdated obligations, beliefs, environments and status quos. ⛓️ Just like how a monkey can’t swing toward the branch ahead without first letting go of the branch behind, we can’t step into the future we desire without peacefully letting go of the past. This takes courage, but once you take the first step, fear falls while momentum rises. Make the move, you know it’s time. 🌊
AI won’t replace VAs, but VAs who use AI will replace those who don’t. 🤖👩🏻💻 If you run a business it’s hard to not get overwhelmed by all the new AI tools & trends that are popping up every few days. Testing out each tool takes time, Mastering each tool is a new learning curve, Incorporating each tool into daily operations is a new initiative by itself. 🔑 That’s where AI-Powered VAs come in. 🔎 Trained to research AI tools that’s most relevant to your company’s objectives. 🦾 Produces their own layer of leverage by using AI to execute their assigned tasks, 📑 Builds SOPs and user guides for you & your team to increase output with AI, ⚙️Creates an “AI use case” vault inside your company with the help of Perplexity and “how to create a prompt” prompting formula. Results? Go from spending hours trying to keep up with the AI wave just to get overwhelmed, to spending 1-2 hours per week reviewing how AI is being integrated to company operations with your VAs help. There’s leverage, then there’s compounding leverage. Will be releasing new playbooks around this for clients & their VAs to implement. The unfair advantage this will give to “lazy yet productive“ Founders is gonna be insane. 🤯
Amazon Didn’t Turn a Profit for 17 YEARS. Here’s Why That Matters. Too many early-stage entrepreneurs obsess over revenue. But let me tell you a secret that every seasoned founder eventually learns... The real ROI isn't in your bank account — it's in your bandwidth. When you're just starting out, forget the flashy numbers. Focus on who you're becoming. Amazon didn’t measure success by profits in its early years. They measured it by infrastructure, systems, and staying power. As a founder, your first metric of success isn’t cash. It’s capacity. → Can you lead without burning out? → Can your systems grow without you? → Can your team operate at peak performance — even when you step away? Play the long game. Build roots before chasing fruits. If that resonates, this one’s for you.
"If I stop, everything will start falling apart." "I do not deserve freedom until I hit a million." "The busier I am, the more worthy I'll become." These are the exact thoughts that once trap me in the hustle hamster wheel. ♦️ Not making enough? Work harder. ♦️ Feeling stuck? Work harder. ♦️ Got some past trauma to heal? Work harder. To a certain extent, it worked. The business made marginal gains as I buried myself under a constantly packed schedule. But that kind of productivity came without fulfilment, that kind of growth came without joy, and that extra money came without an increase in peace. Why? Because I was operating from a place of survival. Fueled by fear, anger and pride. With fear, I played not to lose rather than play to win. With anger, I hustled as a way to outrun pain. With pride, I refused to delegate or ask for help, believing I'm the only person who can do things the right way. I was soo wrong. 🔑 Freedom does not come when you grind your way to a certain stage in business. Freedom comes the moment you DECIDE to DESERVE FREEDOM. And when you DECIDE to stop operating from a place of lack, and start operating from a place of abundance. It's got nothing to do with how much you have in your bank or how much you made last month. It begins with you and the default emotional state you operate from. So choose courage over fear, intention over reactivity, and peace over desire. Everything else will fall in place accordingly. Grind less. Flow more. You got this. 👊
Stop building your business on willpower & discipline. These are finite resources that'll eventually burn out. You can only grind so hard for so long before hitting a wall. But flow? That's unlimited fuel. When you're operating from genuine interest and intrinsic motivation, you're not forcing yourself through another 12-hour day. You're being pulled toward your vision by clean, sustainable energy. Think about your best work sessions. The ones where hours felt like minutes. Where solutions came naturally. Where everything just clicked. That wasn't discipline pushing you forward - that was flow pulling you. The entrepreneurs who scale without burnout aren't the ones with superhuman willpower. They're the ones who've learned to design their business around what energizes them, not what drains them. Stop fighting upstream. Start building systems that put you in flow daily. Your empire should energize you, not exhaust you.
Shiny objects are expensive. But the real cost? Starting over. Over the past 5 years, I’ve made a lot of mistakes. The most expensive one? Thinking the answer was a “better” strategy, offer, or coach… every time things got hard. - I’d ditch my plan. - Start again. - Try a new tool, new funnel, new everything. It’s like climbing a mountain— Start on a bike… get tired. Go back down. Try an SUV… get stuck. Go back down. Buy a helicopter… can’t fly it. And while I was busy switching “vehicles”… Others were quietly compounding. Here’s what I learned: - You don’t need a better strategy. - You need more commitment to the one you already have. Stick with the vehicle. Climb the mountain. Finish what you started.
🔑 3 hours of deep work per day. That's all you need to achieve a year’s worth of progress in a single quarter. I can pretty much guarantee this after helping hundreds of clients to grind less and flow more. We're living in a time where everyone's hyper-distracted and constantly reactive. That said, whoever has the ability to control their focus and attention will inevitably gain an unfair advantage. Good news is the process is simple, with only 2 things required. 1️⃣ The ability to block off extended periods of time for deep work. When you've the only person doing everything in the business, everything demands your attention, and frequent context switching is required just to keep up with the day-to-day. This makes deep work impossible, because even if you manage to block off time, anxiety will creep in as you worry about the accumulation of "urgent tasks" the moment you step away from the chaos. Solution to this: Eliminate the trivial Delegate the reactive Automate the repetitive. 2️⃣ The ability to focus and tap in to flow during those periods. In the age of AI, easy work becomes irrelevant, hard work becomes the new easy, and solving very hard problems will secure your place in your industry for the next 5-10 years. Problem is, solving very hard problems requires a lot of cognitive load and intense brain work. That's why it is imperative to reduce the number of tasks at hand, so that our cognitive load is freed up to focus on one task at hand. Because flow follows focus, and when you're in flow, you can breeze past even the most demanding problems, and produce work that's so high quality & profitable that you might even be surprised by it. If this is an unfamiliar or rare experience for you, practice it. 💪 Focus is like a muscle, you have to train it for strength and stamina to build. 3 hours blocked off for deep work per day. 2-2.5 hours of it spent in flow. When this is dialed in, it'll be hard NOT to experience momentum which over time compounds into exponential growth curves. If you're serious in putting this into action, to replace grind time with flow time, and multiply effectiveness while making progress feel effortless, comment "FLOW" below. I'll share with you a training that'll help you do exactly that within 10 days.
I hear it all the time from rich gurus: “Don’t worry about money. Just enjoy the process.” But here’s the truth… 💸 Money does matter. ⏳ But moments matter more. Money is renewable. Moments? Once they’re gone, they’re gone. That trip with your family. That quiet morning before your life changes. That window to just breathe, explore, and be present… You don’t get those back. I’m all for building wealth. But I refuse to trade a non-renewable resource (time) for a renewable one (money). This is why I build with intention. Because freedom isn’t what I chase after success. Freedom is the reason I started. If your business is stealing your life, it’s time to redesign it. Grind less. Live more. 👊
I've seen too many entrepreneurs get burned by bad VA hires. They throw up a generic job post, hire the first person who responds, then wonder why things fall apart within weeks. The problem isn't finding VAs. It's defining what you actually need. Before your next hire, nail down these 4 Rs: Role - Get specific. "Virtual assistant" is too vague. Are you hiring a social media manager? Appointment setter? Executive assistant? Put the exact role at the top of your job post. Responsibilities - List 3-5 core tasks they'll own. Not 20 random things. Focus on what matters most. Requirements - What skills and experience must they have? Don't just hope they'll figure it out. Be clear about what's non-negotiable. Results - Define 3-5 KPIs to measure their performance. When performance is measured, performance improves. Most people skip this step and wonder why their "great hire" turns into a management nightmare. Take 30 minutes to define your 4 Rs before posting that job ad. Your future self will thank you when you find a VA who actually moves your business forward instead of creating more work.
You got into business for the freedom, then the grind started paying off, you started making money, and then the grind became addictive. Eventually, that grind became a part of your identity. 👤 Now, despite you having leverage points in your business, and the income you once so strongly strived for… you can’t help but keep grinding. As soon as you delegated something, you find more sh* to do. As soon as an empty spot appears in your schedule, you fill it in with work to just feel productive. Let’s be real. You can say you’re grinding because there’s that bigger revenue goal to shoot for, or that you’re afraid of losing what you’ve worked so hard to build. 👉But truth is, you’ve become so addicted to doing, that you’ve forgotten how to BE. You’ve grinded enough. It’s time to receive that freedom. Go practice stillness, and confront those demons that trigger anxiety and restlessness whenever you stop doing. Because the moment you look inside and clear all the sh*t that you’ve been brushing under the carpet, WITHOUT trying to numb yourself with addictions, distractions or more busyness… you create space. Space to BE. Space to connect, create and innovate in alignment as your true self. It’s time.
I just built a prospect (now client) an SOP during a sales call. He runs a niche business with a unique tech stack and wasn’t convinced that a VA can be trained to handle the tasks he wanted to delegate. 3 years ago this would be a valid concern, since you’ll have to take time writing your own SOPs and using it to train up your VA. With our AI-powered playbooks, this is no longer the case. I demoed this during the sales call - Asked the prospect to pick a process he wanted to delegate, asked a few questions on how he’d like it done for his company, and plugged it into Perplexity and our customGPT. Boom. An SOP that is impossible-to-not-understand. With every step documented and linked to a reference video walkthrough. The demo took about 3 minutes. There’s no need to find a VA who has experience operating every piece of tech you have and knows every nuance about the specific industry you serve. The key is to find a VA who can proactively learn, find solutions, solve problems and think for themselves. Then pair that VA up with the necessary training to takeover daily operations, build their own processes and execute effectively as self-managing rockstars. Information is no longer the bottleneck, and with our approach to delegation, “not having time to buy back time” is no longer a valid excuse either. When strategy, system, VA and AI work in smooth conjunction with each other, leverage can be created without stress, and operational capacity can increase exponentially without the grind. What a time to be alive! 🔥
