I wanted a career that supported my well-being as much as my ambitions.

I started working remotely at Oyster HR and then transitioned into consultancy work.

Since then, I've:

→ Transformed 30+ LinkedIn profiles for founders, consultants, and remote workers, helping them land investment opportunities, more business, and career roles.
→ Helped a unicorn founder scale his LinkedIn personal brand and social media presence by +145%, driving visibility, engagement, and business opportunities.
→ Supported 15+ founders with LinkedIn content strategy to attract partnerships and investment.
→ Created courses and learning programs for companies, including a health organization in Dubai.

Previously: 
→ Launched and optimized learning programs, including a certification course, reaching over 3,000 learners.
→ Onboarded 600+ community members for the People Builders community at Oyster in just 4 months.
→ Designed courses and content strategies for companies like Oyster, WeSchool, and Lighthouse Labs.
→ Led 20+ workshops, co-wrote 6 playbooks, and created monthly newsletters that keep communities connected and engaged.

In November 2023, I founded Rolling Remotely to help remote workers and companies connect with opportunities that fit their lives, not the other way around. 

My mission is to help people build careers they love while empowering founders and brands to connect authentically with their audiences.

I'm 30. Married. No kids. I run a one person writing and coaching business and work a full time job. 

From the outside, people often say: “You’ve got it all figured out.” or "You’re so successful.”

It's not that simple, and it definitely wasn't always this way.

At some point, I realized something had to change. No one was coming to hand me my version of success. I had to go get it.

That meant:
 → Waking up 3 hours earlier than I used to
 → Closing my laptop 3 hours later than I wanted to
 → Saying yes to discomfort over and over again (I used to be shy)
 → Learning every single day from people way ahead of me
 → Turning my degree in psychology and neuroscience into tools to serve others
 → Building confidence through consistency and hard work

I stopped waiting for motivation and just STARTED.

So when people now ask:
 “How do you do it?” “Where do your clients come from?” “How can I start?”

I tell them the truth: It takes time. Focus. Discipline. A whole lot of self-awareness.

It's 100% doable—if you're clear on your "why" and serious about the work. You don’t need to have it all figured out. But you do need to take responsibility for where you want to go.
