There's 1 outbound campaign we try to run for every client at LeadGrow. 

It's single handedly responsible for nearly $600,000 in revenue this year.

Event campaigns. 

Question: Why attend an event and flip a coin on whether you'll run into priority accounts or be stuck bragging to interns and students. 

The best thing you can do is preset meetings at events. 

Step 1: steal information 

Most events have a portal use ezscraper chrome extension to scrape it - if they don't shit. if it's a mobile app - contact Nico Marino to scrape it for you. 

Step 2: if no portal- scrape attending companies and assume who's going (slightly less effective) 

2b: Setup octoparse and monitor event name on linkedin - you'll find another 30% of attendees 

Boring parts over 

Step 3: enrich out and score contacts based on ICP 

I'd recommend specifically filtering out competitors here. 


Step 4: Send a message along the lines of 

SL: attending {event name?}

Hey - {cool new thing business is doing} - you do any cool work on thing? 

I did a relevant cool thing too! 

Maybe worth sharing some ideas on these 2 relevant things at {event_name} 


Step 5: print meetings and focus on relationships at the event instead of throwing back drinks to work up the charisma to network.

This campaign is literally just list = message.

But here's the basics: 

1. Use Trigify.io to identify people engaging with keywords related to service offering. 

2. Webhook into Clay, use AI and scraping to: 

- remove irrelevant post topics 
- split campaign based on competitors vs prospects 
- Scrape emp count and qualify biz 
- Confirm these people still work at the business trigify says (about 20% won't be). 

3. Pull case study info from competitor website

4. Messaging

To competitors: 

- Ask if they still work with case study-type businesses offer unique WL partnership opportunity 

To Standard prospects: 

- Offer free report, upsell consult. 

Very simple - good offer, really focused on making sure data is extremely high quality.

Every email you send to an irrelevant contact increases the likelyhood of it not being delivered to the primary inbox of the right one. 

Translation: Targeting is deliverability.

Job change checks 

Most data is 6 months old - lot's of job changes happen in that time. 

We do this and more to make sure every contact is the right one to speak to resulting in better deliverability and only high quality conversations.
