Two weeks before the event, my client called me in panic: “Manuel, I need help. I have almost only few sponsors, few nominees and, I’m running out of time.” Most people would say: too late. I said: let’s go. She had 8,000+ people in her LinkedIn network. Not random strangers - people who already chose to connect with her. So we built one simple, human message. Started reaching out to 200 people a day. Yes, even on Saturday and Sunday. People replied. They dropped their numbers. They wanted to help. They felt included. After one week: 100+ leads. The event was booked.  Nominees confirmed. Sponsors locked. Lesson: We chase cold leads, run ads, hire agencies… But forget that our next opportunity is often already in our inbox. Your LinkedIn network isn’t just a number. It’s your warmest pipeline. Use it. And if you need to do it faster, comment "10x".

Monday Morning Motivation “Formal education will make you a living; self-education will make you a fortune.” – Jim Rohn Over 10 years ago, I stepped fully into the entrepreneurial world—without a PhD, without a Master’s, but with a deep hunger to grow. I made a commitment to myself: learn something every single day. And I did. Audiobooks, podcasts, YouTube, books—you name it. I studied business, sales, lead gen, marketing, social media… but also parenting, psychology, humanity, relationships. I believed (and still do) that an entrepreneur’s biggest edge is being a lifelong learner. This daily habit changed my life. It sharpened my perspective, kept me curious, and constantly pulled me out of my comfort zone. But here’s what I’ve also learned: self-education has its limits. There came a point where I realized that if I wanted to go further, I couldn’t do it alone. I needed guidance. Mentorship. Real conversations with people who had already walked the path I was on. Books can teach you, but people can accelerate you. So now, I’m still learning—but also surrounding myself with those who’ve mastered their craft. Because true growth comes not just from knowledge, but from connection, experience, and shared wisdom. This Monday, ask yourself: Where can I grow by learning from someone else? #MondayMotivation #Entrepreneurship #LifelongLearning

Most business owners are stuck in feast-or-famine mode. One month? Clients are rolling in. The next? Crickets. Why? Because they’re winging it instead of using a predictable system. Here’s what they rely on: 🚫 Job boards – Competing with cheap freelancers. 🚫 Random referrals – Unreliable and unscalable. 🚫 "Posting and praying" – Hoping leads appear. That’s not a system. That’s hope marketing. Here’s my 4-step tried and tested methodology that works for every niche and every industry: 1️⃣ Audience Targeting → Speak to the right people. 🔹 If you don’t know who you attract, you’re wasting time. 🔹 Refine your ICP so every lead is high-quality. 🔹 Optimize your LinkedIn profile to turn visitors into leads. 2️⃣ Content Strategy → Warm up leads before outreach. 🔹 Posting isn’t about going viral. It’s about building trust. 🔹 Post 3-4x per week on topics your audience cares about. 🔹 Content should position you as the go-to expert. 3️⃣ Direct Outreach → Start real conversations. 🔹 Cold outreach works - if done right. 🔹 No generic messages. They feel spammy. 🔹 Craft messages that feel personal and valuable. 4️⃣ Follow-up Sequences → Where sales happen. 🔹 80% of sales happen after the 5th touchpoint. 🔹 Most people struggle because they quit after one or two.  🔹 Build follow-ups across not only on LinkedIn, but also Emails, Content, Social Media, WhatsApp, Calls (yeap it still works great), ... 🔹 So prospects see you repeatedly until they’re ready to buy. This system took years to refine. Now? I install it in a week. If you're tired of guessing, you know how to fix it. Hope this helps.

Coaches, consultants, trainers — ever finish a call thinking “That went SO well…” …but then the prospect vanishes? Here’s the hard truth: You didn’t lose the lead. You just didn’t lead the call. Politeness isn’t a sales strategy. Clarity is. You’re not being pushy by guiding the next step — you’re being professional. People want to be supported, not sold to. Set the agenda before the call. Lead with confidence during it. And never end with “let’s keep in touch.” Instead: “I’ll send over the proposal tomorrow and follow up Thursday — does that work for you?” That’s how trust is built. And that’s how service-based businesses grow.

  • You didn’t lose the lead. You just didn’t lead the call.

I’ve always been in sales and marketing. That’s where I come from. That’s how I see the world. And that perspective gave me a head start. While many startups were busy perfecting their product, I was watching the market shift—fast. Buying behavior changed. Attention spans got shorter. Messaging started to matter more than features. And suddenly, it wasn’t the best product that won. It was the one that connected first. That’s when I realized: most startups don’t have a product problem. They have a go-to-market problem. So I leaned in. I helped founders clarify their message, build real sales motion, and start leading with value—not just vision. And the ones who listened? They started growing. Because momentum doesn’t come from building endlessly. It comes from getting to market, learning fast, and adapting even faster. If you’re a founder: pay attention to the signals. Talk to customers. Test your message. Learn the market. Tech might power the product—but sales and marketing drive the business.

“LinkedIn Lead Gen Doesn’t Work For Me” I hear this all the time. LinkedIn isn’t the problem. The problem is how you’re using it. When someone says:  ❌ “I post content but no one engages”  ↳ They’re posting the wrong type of content.  ❌ “I send DMs but no one responds”  ↳ Their messaging isn’t dialed in.  ❌ “I get leads but they don’t buy”  ↳ Their positioning is off. When we audit a struggling LinkedIn strategy, 99% of the time, one of these three things is broken. Fix #1: Content that actually converts.  Your content should do one thing: make your ideal clients think, “I need this person’s help.” That means:  ✅ Talking about their pain points (not just your expertise)  ✅ Showing proof (case studies, wins, transformations)  ✅ Writing posts that make people go “Damn, I need to fix this.” Fix #2: Outreach that feels human. Most cold DMs fail because they feel… cold. When we’re working on your account, we:   ✅ Personalize every message.   ✅ Start conversations - not pitch right away.  ✅ Follow up like a normal human (not a robot). Fix #3: Positioning that makes selling easy. Your profile & messaging should answer: “Why should I listen to this person?” If your positioning is unclear, even great lead gen won’t work. When we fix these 3 things, suddenly:  🔹 Content starts getting inbound leads.  🔹 Outreach gets more replies.  🔹 Sales calls feel easier. And LinkedIn goes from “not working” → "I can’t believe I ignored this for so long." ♻️Repost this if you found this useful.
