99% of lead gen services will fail you. Why? Because they think leads = sales. Here’s the truth: → A lead that doesn’t convert is just a name on a list. → You can’t automate trust. → If your offer isn’t clear, more leads won’t help. Fix your offer. Fix your messaging. THEN get leads.
𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀—𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁. We’ve all been there. You walk into a meeting (or log onto Zoom) armed with a polished pitch, excited to impress. You know your offer is solid, and you’re ready to win them over. And then… crickets. The conversation feels flat. They’re polite but distant. No follow-up. No next steps. Here’s the hard truth: 𝙮𝙤𝙪’𝙧𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪. I’ve made this mistake too—leading with my pitch, my product, my enthusiasm. But here’s the reality: 👉 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀. Shifting this mindset changed everything for me: ✅ Instead of pitching, I started listening. ✅ Instead of saying, “Here’s what I can do,” I asked, “What challenges are you facing?” ✅ Instead of chasing quick wins, I focused on building real relationships. And the difference? Night and day. Conversations feel more natural. Deals turn into long-term partnerships. Clients see you as a trusted advisor—not just another salesperson. So, take a step back. Stop rushing to close. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Because in the end, it’s not about delivering the perfect pitch—it’s about being the person they actually want to work with. Again and again.
Sometimes you have to stop worrying, wondering and doubting. Have faith that things will work out, maybe not how you planned, but just how it meant to be!
I have reinvented myself many times. 1994: I started as an events manager in Tokyo. 2014: I moved to Ukraine and became an IT Sales Manager. 2016: I opened my first consulting company on social selling. But, I did not stop there. I launched a Digital Marketing Agency and a headhunting agency in Luxembourg. 2022: I opened Digital Pipl and BizDev10X in Dubai. 2024: I became a co-founder of RogerRoger.io. I could never think of it, but I developed a LinkedIn feature based on my expertise. People see me as a lead generator. I am known as a brilliant salesperson and effective closer. My motto is simple: Work Hard, Stay Humble. I created my own lead generation method. It’s called the one-sentence offer. After living in different countries (Belgium, Japan, Ukraine, Luxembourg, UAE) and reinventing myself 5 times, I can tell you this: Success is not just in work. It’s in how we live and love. Ask me any questions you have in the comments.
A plan without action is just a dream. 70% of businesses struggle to generate leads effectively. They often get lost in the details. Stuck in a cycle of missed opportunities. This can lead to frustration with: ↳ Low sales. ↳ Poor communication. Without a clear strategy, growth takes a stall. So, how do I help my clients break free from this cycle? → We start with a strong lead generation plan. We follow a roadmap for success with clear steps and goals. And if you’re not my client, here are the exact steps you can follow: 1. Identify Your Target Audience: → Know who you want to reach and tailor your message. 2. Create Valuable Content: → Share insights and solutions that resonate with your audience. 3. Utilize Multiple Channels: → Use social media, email, and SEO to expand your reach. 4. Build Relationships: → Engage with prospects through genuine communication. 5. Measure Your Results: → Track metrics to see what works and what doesn't. 6. Adjust Your Strategy: → Be flexible and adapt based on feedback and data. This isn't just about making plans. It's about making plans work. So, ask yourself, are you making plans or executing plans?
Monday Morning Motivation! Resilience isn’t optional. It’s everything. Over the years, I’ve learned that building a successful business is rarely about having the perfect plan. It’s about how you respond when that plan falls apart. Here’s why resilience is non-negotiable: 1. Adaptability: Markets shift. Strategies fail. Resilience is what keeps you moving forward when nothing goes as expected. 2. Innovation Fuel: Some of my best ideas came from setbacks. Resilience forces you to rethink, pivot, and innovate when others would give up. 3. Stronger Teams: A resilient leader creates resilient teams. When you model persistence, your team learns to thrive under pressure, not collapse under it. 4. Lessons from Failure: Every failure is a masterclass. If you’re willing to learn from it, nothing’s wasted. 5. Growth Mindset: Real growth comes from embracing challenges and knowing setbacks are just setups for comebacks. Here’s what’s worked for me: - Trying new strategies when things go wrong. Most breakthroughs come after a dozen failed attempts. - Asking for help when I feel stuck. Nobody builds anything great alone. - Learning from those who’ve succeeded. Mentorship is the shortcut I wish I’d embraced earlier. - Staying open to feedback. It’s not always comfortable, but it’s always valuable. - Pushing forward until something clicks. Progress happens right after most people give up. I’ve come to realize that resilience isn’t just about endurance—it’s about adaptation. Learning, pivoting, growing. What’s been your biggest resilience lesson so far?
A lot of people think Lead Gen is easy. They couldn't be more wrong. Here's why: 1. It requires strategy. ↳ You need a plan. Random efforts waste time. ↳ Focus on your target audience. Know their needs. 2. Consistency matters. ↳ Lead Generation isn't a one-time task. ↳ Regular outreach builds trust. It creates connections. 3. Quality over quantity. ↳ It's better to have a few strong leads than many weak ones. ↳ Nurture relationships. Build rapport for better results. 4. Use the right tools. ↳ Technology can streamline your efforts. ↳ Invest in tools that help you track and manage leads. 5. Analyze your results. ↳ Look at what works. Adjust what doesn’t. ↳ Data-driven decisions lead to better outcomes. 6. Create valuable content. ↳ Share insights that matter to your audience. ↳ This builds authority and attracts interest. 7. Engage on social media. ↳ Connect with potential leads where they are. ↳ Share your expertise. Start conversations. 8. Follow up. ↳ Many leads require multiple touches. ↳ Stay in touch. Show you care. 9. Be patient. ↳ Success takes time. Don’t rush the process. ↳ Trust the journey. Stay committed. Lead Generation is a skill. It takes practice and patience. But with the right approach, you can master it. Need help with it? My 1:1 calls are open.
I've been generating leads for businesses for 20+ years. And have worked with 100+ businesses. Here's what I've discovered: There's a story behind every contact. Each lead has unique potential. And even if their information looks solid. It doesn't mean they're the right fit. But one thing is clear. It's much easier to nurture interest than it is to change someone's motivation. Hence, you should focus on: (Like we do for our 27 actual existing clients). → Quality over quantity. ↳ A strong lead is worth more than a hundred weak ones. → Engagement is key. ↳ A responsive lead shows real interest. → Follow-up is critical. ↳ Persistence pays off. Don't let a good lead go cold. → Value matters. ↳ Offering something valuable builds trust. → Listening stands out. ↳ Understanding needs creates stronger connections. Remember: The ideal lead might not: ↳ Have the best background. ↳ Respond quickly. ↳ Fit the typical profile. Next time you generate leads, think beyond the surface. Seek the person who aligns with your goals, not just the metrics. Because the right mindset can turn interest into action. And help your business go from ordinary → extraordinary.
I’ve seen this pattern too many times: → A business invests in lead generation. → Leads start coming in consistently. → Then it stops. No sales. The problem? It’s not the leads. It’s how they’re handled. Most businesses don’t have a lead problem. They have a sales problem. Here are 3 things I see over and over again: 1/ The wrong attitude. ↳ Treating leads like transactions instead of relationships. 2/ Poor communication. ↳ Talking at prospects instead of listening to their needs. 3/ Hard selling. ↳ Pushing instead of positioning. And what happens? The leads die before they even have a chance to convert. I won’t lie. This part is frustrating. Because lead gen works. I see it work every single day. But if you don’t know how to: ✔️ Nurture your leads. ✔️ Have the right conversations. ✔️ Build trust instead of pressure. Then no amount of leads will save you. Lead generation is the fuel. Sales is the engine. If you’re getting leads but not closing deals - it’s time to fix the engine. Need help? Comment “YES” below and let’s have a chat.
I’ve helped many businesses grow. We help them thrive through lead generation and smart sales. (After months of seeing stagnant results). Here's how we do it: → We connect with their audience. → We manage their teams. → We close deals. All while they’re: → Building strong relationships with clients. → Using tools that streamline their work. → Focusing on what matters most. And here’s how we achieve this: → We understand their market deeply. → We communicate clearly and often. → We invest in our team’s growth. Some people doubt this method. They think success comes from traditional methods. They believe in the old ways of doing business. But here’s the truth: If you cling to outdated practices, you’ll get left behind. The world is changing, and so should your approach. But with the right strategies, nobody can stop you from succeeding. It IS really that simple.

You can’t argue with me on this— Lead generation is the lifeline of your business. Without it, sales dry up, growth stalls, and your competition eats your lunch. The key isn’t just more leads—it’s qualified leads that actually convert. Here are 8 no-nonsense ways to bring in the right prospects: 1. Know your audience (like, really know them) If you don’t know who you’re targeting, you’re just throwing darts in the dark. -> Define your ideal customer profile—their pain points, desires, and behaviors. 2. Get social (but be smart about it) Posting random content won’t cut it. -> Share valuable, problem-solving content. Engage in comments & DMs. Build trust. 3. Give value before you ask People won’t just hand over their info—you gotta earn it. -> Offer free eBooks, webinars, or cheat sheets that solve real problems. 4. Network like your business depends on it (because it does) Referrals and relationships = lead goldmine. -> Show up at industry events, online and offline. Connect, add value, and stay visible. 5. Optimize your website (no more lead leaks) A slow, confusing site kills leads before they start. -> Make it fast, mobile-friendly, and clear. Add strong calls to action everywhere. 6. Master email marketing (no, it’s not dead) People buy from brands they trust—and email builds that trust. -> Nurture leads with valuable insights, not just sales pitches. Personalise! 7. Leverage referrals (the easiest leads to close) Happy customers = your best salespeople. -> Ask for referrals & offer incentives. Make it easy for them to bring you business. 8. Track, measure, adjust If you’re not tracking results, you’re guessing. -> Use data to refine your approach. Double down on what works, ditch what doesn’t. The Bottom Line Stop chasing random leads. Focus on quality, not just quantity. - Right leads → More conversions - More conversions → Stronger business - Stronger business → Long-term success Now go get those qualified leads and grow your business! What’s your go-to lead gen strategy? Drop it in the comments!
We all face tough times. It's part of what shapes our character. Life can change in an instant. In 2015, I lost everything. My 2 daughters, a brilliant career, friends and pride! Left me also bankrupt. It was a dark moment. But from that pain, I grew stronger. I learned valuable lessons that changed my life. Here’s how I turned my life around: Acknowledge Your Pain: ↳ It’s okay to feel hurt and lost. ↳ Accept your feelings as part of healing. Take Responsibility: ↳ Own your mistakes and choices. ↳ This is the first step to change. Set Clear Goals: ↳ Define what you want to achieve. ↳ Break down big goals into small steps. Seek Support: ↳ Surround yourself with positive people. ↳ Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Practice Self-Care: ↳ Prioritize your mental and physical health. ↳ Small acts of kindness to yourself matter. Stay Persistent: ↳ Don’t give up when things get tough. ↳ Keep pushing forward, one step at a time. Understand that setbacks are part of the journey. They can lead to growth and new beginnings. Embrace your story and let it shape you.
The best way to enjoy life: Living in a fast-paced place like Dubai can be tough. You need to take a break. Relaxing helps you recharge and find joy. In a city full of hustle, it’s easy to forget to slow down. Taking time for yourself is important. Here are some of my ways to relax and enjoy life: 1. Explore Nature. Visit parks or beaches. Nature calms the mind. 2. Try Mindfulness. Spend a few minutes each day breathing deeply. Focus on the present. 3. Disconnect. Put away your phone. Enjoy the moment without distractions. 4. Spend Time with Friends. Share laughs and good times. Connection lifts your spirit. 5. Enjoy a Hobby. Read a book or paint. Doing what you love brings happiness. This week, take time to relax. Embrace life’s simple joys.

Start your day with energy. Get up and move. Set the tone for the day. → Don’t waste time scrolling. Focus on what matters. Use your time wisely. Make every minute count. → Don’t let distractions win. Stay on track. Keep your eyes on the prize. → Set clear goals. Know what you want to achieve. Write it down. Make it real. → Find your motivation. What drives you? Keep that fire alive. → Celebrate small wins. Every step forward counts. Recognize your progress. → Stay resilient. Life will throw challenges your way. Face them head-on. Don’t back down. Waking up and kicking ass is a mindset. It’s about taking action every day. Embrace the grind. Results will follow.
5 hard truths every entrepreneur must accept Most people chase the dream of entrepreneurship without truly understanding what it takes. Reality check: It’s tough. If you want to succeed, you need to embrace these fundamental truths: ✅ Growth takes time. There are no overnight successes. Building something meaningful requires years of consistency, learning, and execution. ✅ Failure is a stepping stone. Every great entrepreneur has failed—multiple times. The key isn’t avoiding failure but learning and adapting from it. ✅ Not everyone will get it. Some people won’t support you. Some will doubt you. That’s fine—your vision isn’t for everyone. Find those who do believe and keep moving forward. ✅ Sacrifice is part of the game. You’ll give up time, money, and even relationships along the way. The question is: How badly do you want it? ✅ Resilience is your superpower. Challenges will come, things will break, and you’ll question everything. Keep pushing. Your ability to bounce back will define your success. The bottom line? Entrepreneurship isn’t for the faint of heart. But if you’re willing to face these truths head-on, the rewards are worth every struggle. Stay focused. Stay relentless. You got this. 💪🔥
At 53, I've had my share of ups and downs. But my career? It has been an incredible ride! It wasn’t a smooth journey, though. ➝ I doubted myself. ➝ I fought through fears. ➝ But I made it and I am proud of it! There was one moment that changed everything for me. A teacher once told my parents I’d never do anything in life. I’ll never forget the look on their faces on the way home. That’s when I knew I had to do something. So, I made some hard choices. I left home, traveled to Japan, and worked 17-hour days. I was 23, in a place where I didn’t know the language, but I learned discipline, hard work, and focus. And I made sure to pick work that excited me, through every high and low. That’s what keeps me going every single day. P.S. Did you have a moment when you decided to change your life?
10 years ago: I lost everything and had 50k in debt. Today: I am living happily in Dubai. It all happened because of a bad divorce. And from that moment, I changed my life. I became the person I am now. Here are 3 lessons my rock-bottom taught me. 1. Resilience is Key: Life will knock you down. You must get back up. Every setback is a chance to learn and grow. Embrace challenges as part of your journey. 2. Financial Awareness: Debt can be suffocating. Understanding your finances is crucial. Create a budget and stick to it. Cut unnecessary expenses and save aggressively. 3. Support Systems Matter: You cannot do it alone. Build a network of friends and mentors. Lean on them during tough times. Their support can make a huge difference. These lessons shaped my path. They helped me rise from the ashes. You can overcome your struggles too. You have that in you. If you don’t believe in yourself now, borrow my beliefs. Just embrace the journey and keep moving forward. If I can do it, you can DEFINITELY do it :)
Online is great. But Dubai still values face-to-face meetings. No Zoom calls - just real conversations over coffee. Before flying to Luxembourg, I engaged with Mark We had connected on LinkedIn, exchanged a few DMs. A meeting was set. Simple as that. Surprise - his wife and business partner, Sandra joined. Valentina (my wife) and I share the same dynamic. Instant connection. Shared experiences. Mutual connections. Then came the real discovery. I’ve been seeking mentorship for a certain time to level up 🆙 Turns out, Sandra and Mark mentor business couples. Right conversation. Perfect timing. Right people. Now, I’m reading Sandra’s book. And I’ll meet them again soon in Dubai. Lesson? Meet people in real life. You’ll learn, grow, and build real connections. Who’s up for coffee next time? ☕
When you build a life for your family, you must focus on what truly matters. Not just work. A father who spends time with his daughters teaches them love and strength. I can say this confidently, because I follow exactly this. btw, I have 3 daughters! While those who chase money miss out on real moments. And as important as it is to provide, your role as a parent goes beyond that. This is a call to cherish your family. Think about what your life stands for. So, to all the fathers out there: DO prioritize family time – big and small. DO NOT let work consume your life. DO celebrate milestones together. DO NOT overlook the little things. DO create memories that last. DO NOT let days slip by unnoticed. DO encourage open talks with your kids. DO NOT dismiss their thoughts and feelings. DO teach them the value of kindness. DO NOT show them only the value of money. DO lead by example in love and respect. DO NOT let your actions speak otherwise. DO invest in experiences over things. DO NOT let materialism guide your choices. DO build a strong foundation for their future. DO NOT forget that your time is their treasure. Are you a father that builds a legacy? Or are you the one that lets it fade away?
