•	Building and maintaining business relationships with clients and insurance companies
•	Advising clients on the best insurance options after assessing risk (PAR, WC, TPL, PI, etc.)
•	Researching and negotiating policy terms and costs with insurance providers, explaining policy 
         terms to clients, and collecting premiums 
•	Making insurance Slip, floating, and getting quotes from various insurance companies; furthermore, 
         taking quotes from the insurance company portal available with Unitrust Insurance Broker, to 
         ensure efficient operational processes for binding business
•	Following up with client/sales staff to get required confirmation of the quotes provided, pending 
         compliance documents, etc.
•	Achieving retention targets through planned and coordinated account renewal
•	Assisting clients in making claims on their policies

Job Description: 
•	Responsible for the opening of Non-Motor Claims and routing system-generated 
        acknowledgment email 
•	Enclosing claim and policy number to the client, loss adjusters, Co-Insurance, and Re-Insurance Department.
•	Liaising with clients, Loss Adjusters, Under-writing and claims Department for smooth processing of 
        claims.
•	Maintaining accurate and timely estimate claims reserve amounts in the system.
•	Assuring all inquiries and claims settlements are made within turnaround time as stated in the claim 
        manual. 
•	Assist in claims audit preparation.
