- Weekly diary management including job allocation and bookings for 5 employees via excel
- Writing and issuing quotes to top clients such as Soho House, 24 Mayfair, 34, Galvin La Chapelle and Sexy Fish.
- Allocating daily emergency jobs to the employees closest to the site.
- Communicating verbally and via email to ensure job is carried out
- Liaising with clients for site visits/access via phone and email
- Data control of purchase orders and invoicing via excel spreadsheet and CRM site
