I'm Naman — a product manager, ex-founder, and behavior-first thinker who combines behavioral psychology, product execution and user insights to build smarter products. My business journey started early, helping run my father’s apparel shop and experimenting with small ventures in college — from event organizing to food delivery. This entrepreneurial spirit led me to found afo.fit, a social fitness platform focused on solving fitness’s hardest challenge: consistency and motivation. We built strong engagement loops through social competition and rewards, but afo.fit faced scalability challenges, leading to a hard but essential shutdown. Since then, I’ve built products across OTT (at Zee) and fitness (at Cultfit), operating at the intersection of business outcomes, product strategy and user engagement. In former stints, I have also built ML/AI solutions for healthcare, logistics, and retail - sharpening my ability to combine data-driven thinking with human-centric design.
