Enabling the success and growth of sales teams is what I’m most passionate about. The initial period at a new company can make or break a sales career. But according to a study by Gallup, 88% of employees indicate their organization is not good at onboarding. I'm on a mission to change this and help tech companies revolutionize how they onboard new sales hires. During my sales career at leading firms, including Gartner and RSA Security, I first-handedly experienced different types of onboarding programs. From overly strenuous, classroom style onboarding to little to no onboarding at all, I realized what a HUGE impact sales onboarding has on the success of new hires. Upon realizing my passion for enabling the success and growth of others, I made the transition from sales to sales enablement. Most recently, I built and scaled sales onboarding from the ground up for a fully remote, global and hyper-growth unicorn company called Remote. My results: → Onboarded 140+ new sales hires over a 1.5 year period → Achieved a 4.6 out of 5 onboarding experience rating, with 95% of new hires feeling confident to go-live → Reduced time to first deal in half, with an average of 32 days for new hires to close their first deal → Helped achieve Remote's goal of being 150% of quota as a company Today, I partner closely with tech companies around the world to build world-class sales onboarding 🚀 Understanding not every business has the budget to hire a full-time sales onboarding specialist and it can be challenging to know how to build a strong onboarding program, I developed a framework to help organizations assess and optimize their approach to sales onboarding.
