Enabling the success and growth of sales teams is what I’m most passionate about. The initial period at a new company can make or break a sales career. During my sales career at leading firms, including Gartner and RSA Security, I first-handedly experienced different types of onboarding programs. From overly strenuous, classroom style onboarding to little to no onboarding at all, I realized what a HUGE impact sales onboarding has on the success of new hires. Upon realizing my passion for enabling the success and growth of others, I made the transition from sales to sales enablement. Most recently, I built and scaled sales onboarding from the ground up for a fully remote, global and hyper-growth unicorn company called Remote.
