3. Passive-Aggressive Communication

5. Gossip & Drama  
→ Spreads rumors and thrives on office politics.

6. Credit Stealing
→ Takes ownership of others' work or ideas.  
→ Presents your proposal as theirs in team meetings.  

7. Sabotaging Others' Success 
→ Undermines peers through exclusion or withholding info.

• No stop words or unnecessary fluff

3. Author Bio
• Built for E-E-A-T — shows who wrote it and their experience
• Linked to relevant author page

4. Word Count
• 1,500+ words based on what’s ranking for the keyword
• Depth > Fluff

5. Images
• At least 5+ with metadata
• Compressed for speed
• All have alt text

6. Table of Contents
• Helps readers jump around
• Especially useful for long-form blogs

7. Headings Structure
• Clear H1, H2, H3 structure
