Fractional product work reminds me: Great product thinking is about context, not templates. Every company, every product, every market is different. And when you step in as a fractional leader, you're forced to ask better questions - fast: What’s working (and why)? Where is the friction (and what’s causing it)? How does this team's reality shape what’s possible right now? The best product frameworks aren't one-size-fits-all. They're lenses; ways to uncover the truth faster, and help teams move with more clarity. That’s the beauty of fractional work; it sharpens your ability to see patterns and exceptions. 👉 If you do fractional work (formally or informally), what’s the first thing you look for when assessing a product or business? #ProductManagement #FractionalLeadership #ProductStrategy #Leadership

Serendipity + LinkedIn Algorithm = Manifestation? 🤔✨ This happens to me every single day. I leave a thoughtful comment on a post that speaks to me, and like magic, more posts on the same topic start showing up. Suddenly I’m thinking about it more, writing about it, connecting dots between product, process, and people. Is it serendipity? Manifestation? Or just the LinkedIn algorithm doing its job? Maybe all three. 🤷🏽‍♀️ But there’s a flip side. Feeding that loop has me doom-scrolling “AI vs. humans” hot takes more than actually building or learning with AI. So here’s my little experiment in breaking the loop. 🛑 👉 Have you ever noticed this content echo effect in your feed? What’s something you’ve stopped engaging with, and why? #productmanagement #aiinproduct #contentstrategy

📌 Copycat features don’t win markets—discovery does. That headline hooked me—but what really resonated were the three mistakes Marlon Davis called out. As someone who's walked this path, these hit close to home: 📉 Overlooking opportunity cost ❌ Running with unvalidated assumptions 💡 Skipping deep discovery It’s a powerful reminder: good product strategy isn’t about chasing competitors. It’s about staying curious, staying close to your users, and committing to uncovering real opportunities. This is a must-read for any product team navigating a crowded market. 👉 What mistake have you seen most often? #productmanagement #productstrategy #b2bsaas #discovery #growth

The article explores the pitfalls of chasing feature parity in product development. While the pressure to match competitors can be intense, blindly replicating their roadmap often leads to wasted resources, missed opportunities, and lackluster results. Feature parity shouldn’t be about duplicating a snapshot in time—it should be an exercise in understanding the feature’s evolution and striving to replicate its future state, not its past form. #CPO #CEO #COO #CTO #ProductManagement #ProductMarketing

🌱 “To free us from the pursuit of intellect…” That single line sparked a beautiful back-and-forth with Gaurav Vaid, and ultimately turned into my contribution to his Real Wisdom, Artificial Intelligence newsletter. We often talk about AI in terms of what it can do for us, or sometimes, what it might take away from us. But what if the true opportunity lies in what it can create space for? ✨ Space to think differently. ✨ Space to let go of the constant proving. ✨ Space to connect more deeply, with others and ourselves. I’m grateful to Gaurav Vaid for opening up his newsletter to community contributions and including my reflection in this week’s edition: "Rising Above Memory" Would love to hear your take: Has AI shifted how you think about intellect, work, or even self-worth? #AI #ProductLeadership #WisdomInTech #Reflection #RealWisdomAI

It was an interesting coincidence that Memory was at the fore-front of the AI world this week as well as the most recent insight from Sadhguru. So, here is the "Real Wisdom, Artificial Intelligence" take on "Rising Above Memory" This also marks the first instance of this newsletter with contribution from the community. This includes a contribution from Nauras Jamal on "The potential of AI To free us from the pursuit of intellect…" #RealWisdomAI #MiracleOfMind #PhilosophyOfAI

Sometimes, the best way to move forward is to first step away. 🌱 Last week, I did something that felt almost wrong for someone building a business and a brand. I took an entire week off. ❌ No LinkedIn posts. ❌ No engagement. ❌ No prospecting. And I'm not gonna lie, it did break momentum. It was a little harder to pick things back up. And it did feel like I was setting myself back. But here’s what I realized: Taking time off wasn’t bad for business. It was good for me. And in the long run, that’s what fuels the business too. 💪 Here’s what stepping away gave me: ✨ Perspective If a big idea still sticks with you after a full break, after time away from your desk, your routine, your LinkedIn feed; that’s a sign it’s worth chasing. ✨ A fresh lens When you're deep in it, everything feels urgent. After a break, you can see what actually matters. What was noise falls away. So while it might slow down your visible momentum... It actually builds something much more important: Long-term clarity, energy, and sustainable growth. 🚀 So if you're wondering whether you can afford to step away, maybe ask yourself if you can afford not to. I'd love to hear from you: Have you ever stepped away... and come back stronger? 💬 #reflection #growthmindset #entrepreneurship
