I have performed the following duties;
•Supervise Rig Operations, admin affairs and Ensure all activities carried out safely.
•Make sure drilling and well operations are in accordance with the drilling program.
•Rig move planning and overall supervision during raising & lowering of the mast, marking /measurement & spotting of Sub-base & tank system.
•Act as work leader for the drill crews, and coordinating the use and maintenance of the drilling equipment
•Prepare the appurtenant equipment for performing the various operations
•Keep an exact record of the equipment in the well, including the number and lengths of drill pipes.
•Preparation BHA, Pipe & Casing tallies.
•Carry out maintenance in accordance with the internal maintenance system
•Communicate all matters pertaining to the operation and equipment to the Rig Manager
•Ensure that working conditions on the drill floor complies with current safety regulations and company safety policy.
•Reporting any accidents/incidents, damage, defects, or irregularities immediately. Repairs considered to be of a simple and safe nature should be carried out immediately
•Issuing clear instructions to the Driller & other crew members regarding safety, operations, and maintenance.
•Instructing crew in the correct procedures of good control and ensuring well control equipment fully functional.
•Conduct regular shut-in drills with all members of the drill crew.
•Attend pre-tour, post-tour, special operations, and weekly safety meetings.
•Routine inspection of rig floor equipment and handling tools.
•Responsible to maintain monthly invoices, keep track of extra equipment provided, make sure that chargebacks & other finance-related sheets are prepared on time.
•Actively involved in promoting QHSE at rig side & motivate crew members as well.
 
Well Location: SUI-98 (Baluchistan), ADHI-19 (Punjab), ARO-KHAN X-1 (Baluchistan) 
Rig Details: CCDC-29/2000 HP and CCDC-32/2000 HP.
