With over 40 years of experience in the wine industry, I am passionate about creating and delivering value for my clients and partners. As the Vice President of Commercial Development at Victor Vineyards, I lead the U.S. and international wine business development, offering a range of services and products, from private-label wine to branded portfolio development to custom crush and juicing. In addition to my winemaking expertise, I have a strong background in sales and marketing strategy, as well as a certification in The Persuasion Code: The Neuroscience of Sales. I have successfully launched and managed over a dozen brands, secured over $30 million of capital projects, and represented leading winery equipment companies in the Western U.S. market. I am always eager to learn, innovate, and collaborate with a team of driven and committed professionals who share my vision of excellence and integrity. Owning and operating both a Consulting Firm as well as a winery equipment and supply company gives me particular insights and opportunities to assist my clients and employer contracts with benefits beyond what we can do separately from each other.
