I was leading Product Engineering & Product Management for www.datapipes.io, a cloud native data management platform.

In 2 years, I built an extremely talented and effected product team of 25 software engineers, and together we built datapipes and brought it from an MVP to 7 clients and 500k$  of ARR.

As a Product Engineer
- Hands on developing the product until we reached enough momentum to create a larger team.
- Tech stack: Micro services deployed on K8s (python/ fastapi, typescript / VueJS) , Postgres, Neo4J , redis. Deployed both on AWS and GCP.
- DevOps: Fully automated deployments both of infra (Atlantis + Terraform) & code (Helm) on 4 different environments
- Full OAUTH 2.0 application, both as a client and a server, using the ory.sh suite of applications (Ory Kratos, Ory Hydra, Ory Keto) 
- 99.99% uptime by setting up observability & APM solution deployed (Sentry) to be alerted of exceptions & performance issues in real time, as well as an alert system (VictorOps), with a team rotation being on call


As a Product Manager
- Defined product GTM strategy - which type of companies to approach, which roles to target, and how to adjust our communication and pitch to different roles. This has resulted in > 50% close rate and 7m$ of Total Contract Value generated over the past 18 months.
- Plus all the usual PM work: defining the vision and the roadmap, prioritising the features, reviewing mockups

Healint is developing innovative Saas solutions to support patients with Chronic conditions and contribute to medical research and healthcare improvement.

I manage a software platform serving 300.000 monthly active users on 3 mobile applications, and business products sold to fortune 500 companies.

Scope: 3 teams (engineering, product & UX, data), team size 10-15.

Key Results:
- Built tech team from 5 to 15 (in a year)
- Released major new features to increase user engagement: in-app chat, newsflow, in-app messages, modular app functions
- Selected vendors for managed services (chat, push notifications)
- Business Products: Revenue doubled in a year.
- Data Warehouse: Aggregating data from our platform and third parties (ELT pattern). All machine learning APIs and business products use
the Data Warehouse as their source. Technologies used: Airflow / Postgres / S3 / Kinesis / EC2 / Fargate
- Machine Learning: 3 APIs developed with the python data science stack. One patent pending and one paper published from our data science team.

As Healint's Head of Data, I'm leading a team of data scientists and machine learning experts being responsible for the company’s technology strategy and roadmap. 

Key Results:
- Three completed projects, each having a value in the 6 figures. Involved from product definition to handover. Clients are major MNCs (multibillion $ revenue). Currently working on the fourth.
- [For one of the top 3 pharma in the world]: Analysed relationship between a specific medical condition and missing work. Biggest (size and breadth) study on this topic. Published in a scientific journal.
- [For a US pharma, top20]: Created a set of dashboards to analyse user behaviours. Brings to the client metrics that were previously not known. Technically involves a complex custom ETL (python) and database design.
- Data Warehousing: Set up ETL process from scratch. Aggregates internal & external sources (SQL and NoSQL) of data in our DW. 14 pipelines (from hourly to monthly), using Airflow.
- Data Science: User segmentation (clustering & classification models: Random Forest, kNN, DBSCAN, etc. ) and behaviour prediction.
- Business Intelligence: Setting up BI Tools (Tableau, QuickSight, Metabase, Mode) for internal reporting and customer tools.

Reporting to the CEO of a 200m USD company.

Working for the top Indonesian FMCG Producer with a turnover of 200 m USD, I was responsible for financial management including investor relations resulting in a 10M capital raise. My deep analysis of the company profit centers and the sales force led to new benchmarks and redefinition of the compensation policy. Reporting to the company CEO, I also led profit line productivity initiatives, achieving a 10% reduction in waste using latest analytical approaches.
