Cool under pressure and always keen to develop new skills. Maintained critical systems support 24/7 while driving service improvements and training offshore support. Skilled in reading and writing scripts in a range of languages. Most recent experience in batch driven legacy Oracle applications, previous work in middleware, Windows desktop support and EPOS. A good week is some challenging technical solutions followed by a long bike ride or hike in the hills at the weekend.
