UA Product Managers Research

🇺🇦 UA Product Managers Research is the biggest and the most detailed research about IT Product Managers in Ukraine.

I'm an ideator and one of two leaders of this research. Together with the group of volunteers, we created an awesome knowledge base for the product managers market.

It consists of two parts:

1. Survey results (388 respondents who work as Product Managers)
2. Information about recruiting & development of Product Managers in Ukrainian IT Companies. This part is based on 20+ interviews with founders and top managers of 10 Ukrainian IT companies (MacPaw, Readdle, Parimatch Tech, Prom.ua, Epicentr Marketplace, Tonti Laguna Mobile (Netpeak Group), LUN, Reface, SoftServe, BetterMe)

Luckchemy is a startup developing blockchain based games. Conducted an ICO.

Main achievements:
- community growth from 0 to 50K;
- coverage in 25+ blockchain media sources including CCN, Cointelegraph;
- creation of Bounty and Airdrop programs which led to tens of thousands of likes/shares/comments about Luckchemy in social media and forums;
- creation of a detailed concept & game development documents for a blockchain based game.

Main responsibilities:
- creation of tech specifications;
- analyzing competitive product offerings in the marketplace;
- roadmap creation;
- demonstrating product features, defining and prioritizing tasks for the team;
- coordination of PR, marketing and support external teams;
- creation of content for ICO (Landing, newsletter, Bounty program, printed materials for conferences, Luckchemy accounts in Facebook, Telegram, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Bitcointalk);
- writing specifications for designers.

Junior Product Manager

MAMA marketing

I worked within an internal startup of MAMA marketing, which develops a web-tool for analysis and changing online informational field.

Main achievements:
- 5 micro-services launches including one based on machine learning (sentiment analysis);
- creation and leading R&D team (10-15 people in the office and up to 150 people remotely.

Main responsibilities:
- writing tech specifications;
- defining and prioritizing tasks for the team (math & developers);
- competitive analysis;
- R&D (topics: machine learning - NLP; Facebook news feed).

Junior Product Manager & Head of R&D department

MAMA marketing helps businesses and individuals reduce reputational risks online.

Main achievements:
- creation of all print materials for the sales team of development (building) company from scratch;
- informational coverage of World Championships For Space Models 2016 through media & influencers.

Main responsibilities:
- writing sales letters, press and post releases, articles for blogs / online media / social networks;
- landing pages prototyping;
- copywriting for websites;
- content analysis of websites and pages in social networks.

Content Manager / Copywriter

ISKRA Marketing Group

- Identification of customer needs, conduct of negotiations and customer support; 
- maintenance of accounts in social networks; 
- the settlement of disputes; 
- project management within the company.

Account Manager

Political Party

- Formation of сontent plans for public pages in Facebook during The President Election Campaign; 
- the creation of content for public pages in FB; 
- maintenance and moderation of these public pages and official pages of the Candidate.
