Whilst being a natural leader, I'm also an enthusiastic and ambitious person who can work well under pressure and solve almost any problem that's thrown in my direction! However, I've been driven by my curiosity and dedication for any role that I take initiative for, and at the end of the day, I'm still a confused individual who's trying to figure out what I want to pursue in the near future. I have completed my B. Tech, majoring in Computer Science at PES University, Bangalore, along with a Minor's Degree in Management. After an exciting first year at college, I understood that I’m a "people person" and I love meeting and interacting with anyone and everyone. I enjoy making people feel comfortable in my presence, and because of it, I was able to build a great network in my college with my peers, seniors and even faculty members! I am currently an Enterprise Applications Associate (Management Trainee) at Hero Fincorp. My previous experiences as a Student Marketeer at Red Bull, the Head of the Student Council of PES University and the President of the PES Entrepreneurship Cell, and a Project Manager at Pyramid Developers honed my ability to manage large-scale projects and diverse teams, igniting a fervent desire to delve deeper into the realm of management. I eagerly seized every opportunity to expand my knowledge and skills, and I am eager to explore further avenues in this domain. I’ve always been much better at managing big-picture projects and teams of individuals, which made me restless and engrossed to learn more about managerial work. I took almost every opportunity at hand to enhance my knowledge and I would definitely love to explore them more. As I dug deep into the Management field, I learned many new concepts that range across a wide spectrum from the non-profit sector to the for-profit sector and gained a lot of experience in various domains including Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Designing, Recruiting, and Project/Program Management. I'm not comfortable settling, and I always set goals for myself to grow and learn. I'm constantly trying to grasp new skills or become more proficient in my existing skillset. Along with this, I'm also learning to navigate my way through the concepts of Data Science in my spare time, to efficiently understand data from multiple sources and derive valuable insights to make smarter data-driven decisions. At the end of the day, I'm someone who's more in love with the journey than just the results, and I'm passionate about the intersection of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Social Responsibility.
