Below is a breakdown of the key terms - Owen Healy Blockchain Talent

Recruitment Fees:

All permanent placements
• 10% of each hire’s agreed annual base salary

All fixed-term placements greater than 1 year in duration
• 10% of each hire’s agreed annual base salary

All fixed-term placements less than 1 year in duration
• 20% of each hire's total base salary 

We will never charge a candidate a fee for our services.

If a Candidate terminates, or the Client terminates, any engagement, within 4 weeks of the specified start date, no fee will be charged to the Client in respect to that Candidate.

If those 4 weeks have passed and a Candidate terminates, or the Client terminates any engagement, up to 8 weeks of the specified start date upon which such Candidate commenced work for the Client and provided that a) the Client notifies the Company in writing of the termination of engagement within 7 days and b) the Client (or related company) does not engage the Candidate within 12 months from the date of termination and c) the termination is not due to redundancy and d) any monies due from the Client have been paid in accordance with these terms of business, then the Company will make every endeavour to seek a replacement (to remuneration up to the same value as the leaver) at no extra cost to the Client

Ornua is Ireland’s largest exporter of Irish dairy products, exporting to c.110 countries worldwide. Headquartered in Dublin, it has annualised sales of over €2 billion and has a strong global team of c.2200. It operates from 19 business units worldwide, including 14 production facilities, and has sales and marketing teams working in-market across all four corners of the globe.  I am currently based in Kerrygold Park, which is Ornua’s new state of the art manufacturing facility and centre of excellence for the Kerrygold Brand.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

•	Managed the Recruitment process – getting roles approved, advertising positions, shortlisting candidates, organizing assessments and interviews, conducting interviews, corresponding with candidates, reference checks, collating offer letters etc. 
•	Acted as a Subject matter expert on Ornua’s HRIS (SAP) for the Kerrygold Park site. This involves administering the Kerrygold Park fortnightly payroll (Core) and reporting on HR metrics.
•	Spearheaded Kerrygold Park’s Wellness Campaign and fundraising initiatives. 
•	Collaborated and partnered with other functions, such as Finance and Operations, for flow of relevant people information.
•	Represented and advised on employee relations issues e.g.  investigations, disciplinary and performance, ensuring fair procedure and compliance with legislation.    
•       Responsible for influencing and providing timely expert advice to line managers regarding the application and interpretation of a wide spectrum of issues, providing effective management of ER cases, engaging key stakeholders and developing solutions with expert advice.
•       Proactive in driving efficiencies in cost by identifying opportunities and creating HR plans to support successfully realising any cost saving potential
