Hey there, I'm Joshua B. Lee, but you might know me as the "The Dopamine Dealer of LinkedIn".  Over the past two decades, I've built a whopping 16 businesses, penned a book (ever heard of 'Balance is Bullsh*t'? That's me!), and nurtured a beautiful blended family with the amazing Rachel B. Lee and my two kiddos, Jayden and Skylar. 

In the early 2000s, I was like a wizard weaving spells in online marketing, helping giants like MySpace and Google reach the stars. With almost a billion dollars in ad spends, we made 35 trillion online impressions. That's like every person on Earth seeing our ads over 4,000 times! 🌍✨

But then, I noticed something. The digital landscape had become like a roaring monster truck rally, with so much noise and automation it was hard to hear yourself think. It felt like we'd lost the human touch, like we were just shouting into a void. It was all text, noise, and - let's be real - a lot of hot air.
