I worked for the Employment Service for over 13 years during which time I have held a number of posts, including managing Jobs & Benefits Offices and as a Change Manager. Having worked as Business Support Manager in Universal Credit for 2 and half years I moved on promotion to manage a busy machinery of government team. I have ILM Level 5 in Leading & Managing Change together with this I am an advocate of the FED Leadership Approach. Currently working on my CIPD diploma in People Management.
