You can spend years posting on LinkedIn, and still fail because of this... #1 misconception 99% founders have about storytelling: that it should be dramatic enough to connect with the audience. Here's why every piece of story works on linkedin: Every founder has this wrong perspective that only vulnerable and dramatic stories can fill their dm's. But that's not the truth.. Recently I have started working with a leader who just has: 3000+ followers, 50 likes per post, 0 Dm's And he has been really active on the platform but not able to get the attraction his work & experience deserves. a person like him with huge experience and value not getting what he deserves is really making him feel his stories are "no special". So when we started working with him, we only focused on posting his past experience and current trending things as his experience on it and today, he's getting - 200+ likes per post - 1000+ followers increment - A ton of Dm's for asking his opinions on things and appreciation messages. in 1 month of posting and not a one story was a dramatic one. Vulnerable & dramatic stories are not the only story people want to hear or that will give you results... Every story is good, if it's presented in a valuable manner. Have any of your story works which is not vulnerable ? Imagine you are thriving on linkedin with your past experience ( stories) without even looking vulnerable. P.S. I help founders, coaches, and high C-level professionals to be thoughtful leaders on linkedin and to build a solid elationships with their audience. Till now, I helped 10+ founders to achieve this. DM me "Visibility" or book a call from my featured section, if you want to be a thoughtful leader on linkedIn.

I am posting on linkedin daily but can't grow my account. ( hardly 10 - 15 followers a day ) I have talked to more than 20+ founders and their main concern is this... The biggest reason founders can't grow on linkedin is because they lack relatability with their audience. You - 1. Consistently post on linkedin. 2. Share about experiences. Still, 1 like, 1 comment Here's what I did to grow my account: 1. Avoid generic posts. 2. Build content pillars according to needs. 3. Target the pain points of my audience. You think linkedin is all about: 1. Consistently posting 2. Sharing about themselves 3. Engaging through comments Well, broadly yes But, You need to connect with their audience through consistent posting and engagement. Relatability > Generic I know you must be sharing your best valueable advice with your audience in the hope they will click, but still at the same stage you are.. so, stop posting randomly, start posting that you think your audience will love. Then, only your efforts will work. Does your linkedin is not working for you? If you are founder & ceo who wants to create a strong impact on their business on linkedin through content, Dm me or book a free call with me.

What founders gets wrong about vulnerability on linkedin... it makes them look weak, but nobody understands it's the strongest suit they have. Here's why vulnerability works best on linkedin: It builds trust in the most natural way. nobody likes a leader who is perfect, everyone talks about the leader who owns his struggles upfront and put learnings on it. Yesterday a client told me, I don't want to be shown as a weak leader, i believe & want to show myself strong in my every post & comment. so I asked her... when you feel you can trust someone to work with them? she replied - I can trust someone when I think they are being completely honest with me & showing every side of them. that's when I said, then how can you expect someone to trust you, when you are not showing your every side of yourself? Authenticity comes with rawness and rawness is something that comes with vulnerability. When you show your struggles, your audience experiences themselves into you & that's what builds the connection. What's your opinion on posting a vulnerable story? i help founders, coaches, high level executives build a strong relationship with their community on linkedin. Dm me " visibility " , let's work together.

Everyone says posting on linkedin is important, but only posting will not help you build a recognizable brand on linkedin... You have the experience, the success, but why is linkedin not working for you? Here's why - Because you focus on just posting and not focus " how to post it". You are taking out your precious time to write a post that is filled with - - Your values. - Your insights. - Your unique stories. Still you are getting: - 20 likes - 9 followers increased - 0 appreciation message Your posts are packed with value but they are overwhelming. Don't focus on just posting the content- 1. focus on making it scannable and readable. 2. Talk about 1 information in a structured way. Imagine your each & every post is getting 100+ likes with just 2,000 followers and your dm's also filled with messages. It's possible but it starts with content that is structured and gives clarity. P.S.: Don't post just the sake of it, proper structure and clarity is important on linkedin to get recognizable. Do you want to achieve great engagement on linkedin for your valuable content? If I have to start over on LinkedIn, i would avoid these mistakes in growing my brand. When I started on linkedin, I was at the same stage you are today. - I don't know what to post. - I don't know why to post. - I don't know how to post. still, i started my journey and kept going until I cracked my way here. today I have expert positioning, clients, and community all because of linkedin. if you start today & avoid these 3 mistakes, you can easily grow your linkedin, build a community, & even monetize it. 3 mistakes: 1. have clarity on who your target audience is and engage daily with them, if not directly, then indirectly through people who have the same target audience engage with them. 2. build a rapport on the dm's. the more connections and relationships on dm's the better it will benefit you. 3. experiment with your content every time and write for your audience, the more you write for them, the better engagement to will get. you will never understand what linkedin can help you, if you will not try it. do it & then see the results of yourself. focus on connection over leads, always!! Are you today building a brand for yourself linkedin? P.S. I help founders, coaches, and high C-level professionals to be thoughtful leaders on linkedin and to build a solid reputation on this platform through content. Confession: I used to be bad at storytelling. Today, my linkedin says - I am a storyteller Growing up i always felt that, everyone knows to tell & share stories. But I was so wrong. People know how to tell stories, but they don't know how to: - make it feel like a shared experience. - make it feel like an inspiring story. - make it feel like anyone can cry. - make it feel like they smile. And that's what I have learned and am still learning : how to make people feel trusted and safe with my or my clients stories. recently my client's first post got 33,000 impressions & 400+ likes with just 100 followers. Why? because his story was so relatable and raw, it got immense love. stories are the only & only way to build a community that trusts you & is ready to bet on you always. What do you think about stories put on linkedin? is it good to read or not? if you want your stories to feel safe & trusted by your audience, dm me & let's make it happen.

Most experienced founders think writing on LinkedIn is easy, but the truth is way different. I heard from so many founders: "Parul, we love to write and we can create our own posts, so we don't need a ghostwriter." Yes, you can write your own posts. Writing is not a special art only specific people can do. It's a way of expressing your inner self with words that make people love you. But writing on LinkedIn is not just simple writing. You don't just have to write here: - You need to CONNECT here. - You need to HELP here. - You need to WOO people here. You know how to write, but do you know how to connect? 3 mistakes you're making in your content: - Using complex words - Creating lengthy essays (cramming everything into one post) - Writing for yourself, not your audience Why do you need a ghostwriter? - To channelize your thoughts - To write for the platform & audience - To simply put up your message effectively You want to stand out from the crowd, and if your writing isn't helping you achieve that, you're missing out on countless opportunities. Are your posts getting engagement on LinkedIn? If not, maybe it's time to reconsider your approach. P.S. I help founders, coaches, and high C-level professionals to be thoughtful leaders on linkedin and to build a solid reputation on this platform through content. Till now, I helped 10+ founders to achieve this. DM me "Visibility" or book a call from my featured section, if you want to be a thoughtful leader on linkedIn.

Half of the people on LinkedIn doesn't care about building relationships on linkedin. And if they do ( as they say ) they think: - talking about "thrilled to announce " - talking about "5 ways to do..." - talking about " our company culture" why a random stranger would love to know about your business? people attract emotions & inspiration. they want to know more about you to know about your company. nobody knows till now: what really boAt Lifestyle is? but each & every person & kid knows about: Aman Gupta everyone knows why he built boat. everyone knows he's in shark tank. everyone knows he's an cool entrepreneur. so stop hiding behind the company logos, because you want to scale your company. scaling company needs human and humans comes with you. personal brand is not a waste a time on linkedin, it's your credibility. Are you building one for yourself? P.S. I help founders, coaches, and high C-level professionals to be thoughtful leaders on linkedin and to build a solid reputation on this platform through content. I met a founder who's booked till august. but he still wants to build a personal brand on linkedin, because his clients can't find him easily. - He has a strong network offline - He has his own paid community still most people don't know them exactly in their first meet. somebody searches their name on linkedin and they have no presence. He clearly said me: i don't need clients on linkedin, I just need to build an authority in my industry if somebody listen's our brand name, they should be like yes we know them. so, if you have this misconceptions that you are booked and you don't need clients, that's why linkedin is off no use, then you might be wrong. LinkedIn is not only for leads, it's a professional room where you can build your thought leadership & authority just by being yourself. Leads are just a part of linkedin's success, it helps you to build relationships with people. LinkedIn = Trust + Authority ( organically) Do you want to be a thought leader in your industry? P.S. I help busy founders, coaches, and high C-level professionals to be thoughtful leaders and build meaningful connections on linkedin. Till now, I helped 10+ founders to achieve this. I don't help founders get virality online. I help them build strong relationships. My work is to get you taken: - serious enough to follow your advice. - people know your industry by your name. On linkedin, views can be given by anybody. but that doesn't give you an assurance of building meaningful relationships with your audience. Here is how I grew my clients account: - i work with leaders, who want to take their content as a lead to build solid relationships. - if you have built something valuable and your profile is clearly showing that. - if you are a " king " in the offline world, then your linkedin should also reflect that. I work with professionals: who wants genuine relationships than virality. I help them build a community that adds authority in more meaningful way. It's all about strategic leadership postininionng than leadership positioning. weak positioning < strong positioning If you are on linkedin to build genuine relationships with your audience, dm me and let's do this.

5 stories that will definitely ruin your storytelling: 5. Deep impactful 4. Educational 3. Impressing 2. Dramatic 1. Heartfelt P.S.: Your stories should be honest, raw, & relatable. Keep it simple & see the magic. What type of stories you feel connected on linkedin?

The best advice I got ( how it helped me reach 30,000 followers on linkedin ) Never push people " to do something " from reading your content. When I started on linkedin, for 5 months, I didn't try to sell on linkedin. My whole focus was on 1 thing: - building connections. And that's the secret of my growth on linkedin. When you start building connections, instead of chasing people, you are making them TRUST + CONNECT with you. When you give your best advice free to people, you are not wasting your time there but you are building a relationship with your future things. Steps I followed to build connection with my audience: 1. Shared my genuine opinion on the myths that are floating on social media. 2. Shared my journey upfront, talked about myself & my way of doing things more than anything. 3. Shared the things I have learned like hacks & frameworks in the process of increasing my followers. From the 1 day if you start selling, you will never able to build any relationship with your clients. people need to be heared & seen, focus on that. if you are a " founder" who wants to build a thought leadership on linkedin by building genuine connections with their audience, dm me " visibility".

I was earning Rs 150 through freelancing 3 years back. Today, I am making 100 times better than that. For me freelancing has been: - being independent. - work at my own time. - taking bold decisions. - meeting new people everyday. - learned managing & organizing myself. but it also has been: - working on sundays. - inconsistent pay sometimes. - missed so many family functions. - mentally get stuck with the same routine. - hard to handle the pressure of controlling. 3 things i have learned in this journey: ( honestly it's been a rollercoaster ride) 3. I learned to manage my time, still struggling but trying to learn. 2. I learned to control my mind. Your mindset should be strong because it's very hard to manage things on your own. 1. Started believing myself, even if things are going the wrong way, trusted myself & keep doing things. ( I am 22 but sometimes I feel i am doing things more than my age, that makes me proud of myself too but also scares the shit out of me ) If you feel lost in your career, I feel it too, but hang in there, you will definitely find your way. And importantly stop comparing yourself to others ( reminding myself also hahaha ) I hope you guys have a great week :)

Most founders assume visibility = credibility on linkedin. But in reality, that's the biggest mistake. Recently, I am working with a client who was earlier - posting 5x a week - engaging actively, And doing everything “right.” But the results? Zero traction. So, when we got on a discovery call to dig deeper. I tried to find gaps in their content & engagement strategy ( which was expected ) but what I uncovered was something bigger. Their content topics were vague. Generic. The kind of posts & topics that are not relatable & engaging worthy. Here’s the thing: visibility means people notice you, but authority means they trust you that you know them. - Posting industry updates won’t make you a thought leader. - Writing feel-good motivational posts won’t get you real clients. Instead of focusing on quantity, we shifted to owning a perspective. ✔️ We refined their positioning - what do they want to be known for? ✔️ We built content pillars around their expertise- specific, not surface-level. ✔️ We crafted posts that challenge common beliefs, instead of blending in or chasing visibility. And within a week, the difference was clear. Their audience stopped scrolling past them. Conversations turned into relationships. P.S.: Founders, you understand your customers very well but it's not only about understanding them to get traction on linkedin, it's about finding the right topics with a strategy & then talking about them. If you’re posting consistently but getting nowhere, ask yourself: 👉 Are you building authority, or just adding to the noise? DM me "Authority " or book a call from my featured section, I will share it with you a whole plan of how I am going to help with a vision that we will have results in the future and build thought leadership on linkedin. Till now, I helped 15+ founders to achieve this.

The only way to build trust with your audience on LinkedIn , and it's not by giving value. 90% of the founders want to build a solid connection before even getting leads, and they think giving value is the only option. But the truth is: Nobody likes to read valuable content daily. Answer me: Do you? Will you follow a person who only shares value? - 5 steps to beat your anxiety. - How to speak better? - Why are you under confident in your job? The human brain tends to avoid content that is full of 100% value , because nobody likes to be taught daily. they can get information from everywhere, why will they follow you? So instead of focusing on value, build a connection with your audience. - Talk why are you best at your work. - Share some daily life stories. - What type of life do you live? - What are your real expectations from life? This builds trust! people literally don't care about your value if they don't have a connection with you. Focus on being real rather than valuable. Do you like valuable content? P.S. Storytelling was never my cup of tea. Earlier, when I got a social media project, And I was asked to create posts linked to each other as stories. I couldn't do it. Why? I don't understand the true meaning of storytelling. I don't know why people get so attached to story related posts. That's why I am unable to create it for myself and others. People are afraid to put their stories, because they don't understand the power of it. I have been there. Let me explain to you, Once my friend was feeling anxious, I was there to console her, But I was unable to calm her down, I tried every direct way to console her, but nothing worked. Then, I shared my personal experience with her and gave her my solution and how I coped with it. She finds a breath after this. This experience made me realize, When I shared my personal story with her, it connected with her. Similarly, Why do stories work well? I know it's hard to understand, But, It connects with people. It works well and is the best way of seen, heard, and selling. What you think about storytelling? P.S. I help founders, coaches, and high C-level professionals to be thoughtful leaders on linkedin and to build a solid reputation on this platform through content. I don't know how to write on linkedin. I don't know about algorithm. A year ago, i was just a girl who left her job in a week and took 4 months break and started posting on linkedin. Today, I have 31,000 amazing community here. if someone has told me to post here to, i would have said: personal branding is such a waste of time. Why would someone read my post? i wouldn't have believed in this, if- - Yoganshi didn't told me she take as posts for inspiration. - Ark didn't booked a paid call to know my secrets how i builded my account from scratch. - My forbes clients didn't booked a call with me to get to know my services. everything doesn't happened in just one ago, it all happens after consistently posting for months and building a solid relationships with people.. so if you think, you are nowhere to start , everything is over, then think it in a positive way and start doing something that you think will work but not able to do because it's cringe. if I haven't started on linkedin, nothing has happened to me and I am not saying it's glamorous now, it's hard but it's worth it. What do you think linkedin is worth it a short? P.S.: I help founders, coaches, & high level executives build a strong relationship with their community on linkedin. Dm me " visibility" , if you want to build a strong community.
