- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

- Coordinate communication between various engineering groups, and between engineering and external stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain good communication with clients, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

- Implemented new features for the main dashboard using Django and Python.
- Debugged and fixed bugs in the existing codebase.
- Collaborated with the team to design and architect new features and improvements.
- Participated in agile development methodologies, such as stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Did front-end development work, including building user interfaces and implementing responsive design.

Software Engineer

As an intern at the Export Promotion Unit, I had the opportunity to work on the development and management of state and sectorial projects. Additionally, I assisted with the preparation of an annual report outlining the description, progress, and evaluation of each project. I also had the chance to attend the "Entrepreneur Fair" and other events organized by PROMEXICO and other government agencies to provide support.

As a Product Manager with 4 years of experience, I have had the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams in the development and management of successful products. My background as a software engineer has allowed me to bring a technical perspective to my role, enabling me to effectively communicate with development and engineering teams. In addition to my product management responsibilities, I have a passion for social media management and content creation. I enjoy leveraging my creative skills to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and reach. Overall, I am a results-driven and highly adaptable professional with a strong ability to identify and prioritize key business objectives.
