I am an award winning bid consultant and writer with over twenty years proven experience. My background is in highways and civil engineering, however I have built up a large portfolio of construction, facilities management, energy and justice bidding public procurement experience since becoming freelance in 2012. At the height of the pandemic in 2020, I took on staff, and Pipster Solutions has become a respected company offering exemplary bid writing, management, review, coordination and consultancy for a diverse range of clients. We have a comprehensive understanding of bid and tender processes, complemented by a strong grounding in the technical aspects of highways and construction contract delivery.
