Saimen is a Shanghai-based Canadian firm helping foreign companies to reduce their risk on the Chinese market. Activities include market-entry consulting and contract manufacturing for foreign firms in China.
Through this internship, I worked in various fields earning experience in spheres such as project management, investment attraction, event organization and social media content creation. I also worked in direct collaboration with numerous executives of Canadian and Chinese firms.

Market Entry Analyst Intern

Ministère de l'Économie, de la Science et de l'Innovation (MESI)

Assisted Quebec's Ministry of Economy, Science and Innovation regarding the Aerospace Economic Mission 2018 in France. This was organized in the context of the Alternating Meetings of the Premier of Québec and the Prime Minister of France. Sent by LOJIQ as part of a mentoring program.

The program took place in Toulouse and Paris. Employees of the ministry and myself were accompanying CEOs and key executive members of Quebec's aerospace industry. We created connections with Aerospace Valley [France's aerospace cluster] and visited major players in the industry such as Airbus, Air France Industries KLM, and Dassault.
