I am passionate about contributing to the growth of leaders and organizations. My belief is that the central role of leaders is to enable the peak performance of their people. This translates into continued superlative results for the organization. Aligning everyone to a powerful vision and building a leadership pipeline are the key aspects for this to happen. My core interest areas are leadership assessment, leadership development, shared leadership development, executive coaching, life coaching and organizational development. I have enabled visioning, alignment and building of leadership pipelines for organizations across industries. This has included leadership assessments and training of thousands of leaders across levels through workshops and development journeys lasting three to twelve months. Executive coaching and group leadership coaching at middle to senior levels has seen amazing impact on people and the organizations. Leadership development typically focuses on three dimensions of leadership – Self, People and Organization.
