• Worked as Safety Intern as GS9/11 while transition from the military as Senior Advisor from Bravo Company 404th Assault Support Battalion (ASB). 
• Developed and administered the safety inspection program under the oversight of the Garrison safety Officer. Inspection program encompasses staff assistance visits, surveillances, inspections, and Standard Army Safety and Occupational Health Inspections (SASOHIs). 
• Characterizes and prioritizes workplaces inspections based on exposures to hazardous chemicals, physical agents, and other workplace conditions. 
• Developed checklists for inspections and audit tools for SASOHIs. Improved the criteria and rating system for measuring the effectiveness of safety and occupational health programs. 
• Coordinated with directors, staff officers, and labor unions to schedule formal inspections.

Safety and Occupational Health Management/Active Secret Clearance 

US Army

• Managed the Flight Line, Communication, and Radar platoon, manage and supervise the completion of over 1,500 work orders in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and providing professional and personal mentorship to 75 Soldiers. 
• Oversaw the maintenance of 25 industrial sites at the Hangar by inspecting, reviewing, and evaluating their programs including but not limited to Aircraft safety inspections, survivability, communications and navigation equipment repairs and maintenance. 
• Mentored 140 personnel as the First Sergeant for Head Quarters Brigade at HHC CAB, making sure the health and welfare of the organization was in good standards in all administrative issues. 
• Supervised the Hazardous Communication program for Bravo Company 404th Aviation Support Battalion (ASB). 
• Provided 15- and 25-hour Aviation safety and troubleshooting training sessions for 85 personnel, resulting in a saving of 1.5 million dollars. 
• Fulfilled the role of Defense Travel System (DTS) Non-Commissioned Officer in charge for HHC 10 CAB Brigade, ensuring military funds were appropriately allocated over $7M for five Battalions. 
• Conducted multiples small arms range for 350 personnel as the Supervisor, resulting all qualified and zero incidents.

• Served as the Senior Component Repair Manager comprised of 15 and 94 series maintainers in 8 diverse MOSs.
• Responsible for the training, health, welfare, morale, and discipline of 53 personnel. 
• Instructed subordinates in aircraft and component technical inspections, repair techniques, and procedures in according with technical manual and standards operating procedures.
• Managed and evaluated maintenance operations and facilities for compliance with operational safety policies.
• Responsible for the maintenance equipment, tools, and vehicles value at over $8 million.

Senior Component Repair Manager

• Managed the daily activities of 5 production planners as well as coordinated maintenance schedules, logistical requirements, and operational commitments for 36 aircraft at 5 maintenance facilities. 
• Top responsibilities were staff management and supervision of the maintenance, generating and presenting performance reports, analyzing current workflows process, and policies to make sure were in compliances with the Army policies. 
• Promoted positive environment to the company between Soldiers and civilians include open communications between personnel, civilians and managers. 
• Briefed the daily status in order to execute the proper maintenance, performance and workplace environment throughout the day. 
• Collected and analyzed statical reports on organizational readiness and prepare monthly reports for the higher personnel on the status of the aircraft and their productivity.

Senior Program Manager, Production Planning

• Monitored 2,800 pieces of equipment worth $3.5M+; tracked quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs and maintained metrics and analyzed data to assess performance and productivity; implemented process improvements. 
• Oversaw the processing of 450+ highly valued items and 3,000+ pieces of special purpose equipment; enforced and ensured personnel were following proper safety guidelines and materials were properly labeled in accordance with OSHA guidelines. 
• Developed a more efficient maintenance and safety program during a military deployment at Afghanistan, resulting in over 3,470 work orders completed and no safety incidents. 
• Exercised the duties as Technical Inspector for 30 helicopters, certifying missions’ capabilities and ensuring personnel health and safety. 
• Supervised the Hazardous Communication program for Delta Company 2-82 Assault Helicopter Battalion. 
• Balancing over 1,400 workorders by evaluating progress throughout the day to achieve the appropriate level of volume by the projected time of completion.

• Instructed over 280 Advanced Individual Training students annually.
• Conducted training on avionics and aircraft survivability maintenance within the Electrical and Electronics Division including communication, navigation, automatic and advance flight control systems, radar systems, night vision imaging systems, and aircraft forms and records.
