Thought leadership on LinkedIn thrives when authenticity meets strategy—and the data proves it! 💥 How to Master Thought Leadership on LinkedIn with 3 data-backed tips to beat the algorithm and deliver real value. Data nerds, this one’s for you—let’s break it down! 🤓 🐐Authenticity Outperforms Everything – LinkedIn’s 2025 algorithm loves genuine content. According to Hootsuite, posts with an authentic, humanized vibe earn 2x more comments than plain text. Skip the corporate mask and share a real leadership lesson—like a moment that reshaped how challenges get tackled. Vulnerability connects. What’s a raw leadership insight worth sharing? 👀Diverse Formats Grab Attention – Sprout Social data shows LinkedIn videos drive 5x more engagement, while Hootsuite highlights carousels performing 1.9x better than average. The algorithm favors content that keeps users engaged longer. Turn a leadership tip into a carousel or a quick video—like a 30-second hack for better team alignment. It’s a fun way to stop the scroll and add value. What tip could become a visual? 🔥Engagement Fuels Reach – Hootsuite reveals that posts sparking thoughtful comments from professionals see wider reach, especially with interaction in the first hour. Ask open-ended questions to get the conversation going—something like, ‘What’s a leadership hack that’s worked lately?’ Then, jump into the comments to keep it lively. Early engagement tells the algorithm to show the post to more people. How can a question spark meaningful dialogue? Here’s the bottom line: Authenticity, paired with smart, data-driven tactics, makes thought leadership on LinkedIn a game-changer. Share real insights, experiment with formats, and engage early to create a ripple effect of impact. What’s a thought leadership strategy that’s worked well? Drop it in the comments👇🏼 Photo Credit: @Chris Donnelly

I had the pleasure of listening to Mark Winter speak at the Staffing Sales Summit a few weeks ago. He talked about the 4 types of sales folks you need depending on the maturity of your business in a geography and the how the market is performing. Everyone says 'we need a sales person' when in reality you need to identity what type of salesperson you need. Mark gives us a great breakdown in the conversation and if you comment Sales, I will send you the slides from the talk that Mark was kind enough to share with us. Check out the episode in the comments

Yesterday for the 2nd time Ive been promoted to Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) I took 4.5 years off so I figured when I transferred I should put my white belt back on and embrace a beginners mind set. The beginners mindset is something we don't think about enough and I think we need to learn how to be beginners. When I teach yoga it's insane that people attending their first class expect to be 'good' at it or tell me they are not flexible. No Shit New Person We expect you to need help, not to be flexible and we want you to be 'bad' at first, it's makes the JOURNEYmore meaningful The same mindset applies to BJJ, you are going to have some tough days and if you are training with the right people and you are consistent you will get better so maybe the takeaways are: 1. stop the story of I will be good the first time you do something new because honestly that is just plain stupid 2. embrace the fun of being a beginner 3. find the right tribe or in my case Ohana PS I did have some have some Ted Lasso dart game style fun with some blue belts who thought I was a shiny new white belt🤣🤣🤣. "be curious, not judgmental" PSS. shout out to Professor Bruce and Mo for building a wonderful community at Ohana BJJ in Plantation, FL
