As a CMO, I’m responsible for the marketing team and performance as we are continuing our quest to help as many European entrepreneurs as possible to manage their work and achieve their results. In this exciting stage of our growth story, our marketing team consists of a brand team, a growth team, and a go-to-market team. Closely working together with the sales team, the customer success team, and the product team, we are trying to nail all things marketing for the two work management software products in the Teamleader group: Teamleader and Yadera.

After a side-step starting up Teamleader's brand & partnerships team - where we worked on big events, refreshing the brand, and setting up a partner strategy - I switched back to leading the entire marketing team. Our team consists of a brand team, a growth team, a product marketing team and a local marketing team. We have a bunch of young talents on board. In the fast-growth environment we are in, I can proudly say we have built a very cool team of extremely talented marketeers. From young to … less young, from Belgians to many other nationalities, from acquisition marketeers to performance and content marketeers to brand and event specialists. SD Worx

In our Sales & Marketing division, I was responsible for the marketing and communication activities in the Belgian business zone. I led a team of talented communications consultants, offering marcom services to our SME, Large Enterprises and Consulting divisions. We implemented an inbound marketing strategy and kept a well-balanced synergy between old school offline and new school digital marketing tactics.

Double role in SD Worx’ Sales & Marketing division: Marketing Manager SME (combining both communications and strategic marketing issues for the SME market) & Content Marketing Manager. This role ws a combo of marketing strategy, optimizing (content) marketing tactics/budgets and people management.

Marketing Manager SME / Content Marketing Manager

As Senior Communications Consultant, I helped business divisions and teams at SD Worx improve their results via effective marketing & communication. In close relationship with the business, I managed marcom plans and budgets, I initiated and led marcom campaigns and projects, I was a marcom sparring partner, I developed marketing materials, etc. My focus was on projects like content marketing, the digitization of HR , HR in the public sector, social media at SD Worx, a new vision on sustainable staffing, the Coalition for the New World of Work, HR Consulting innovations, etc.  

More generally, as part of the Corporate Marketing team, I played a role in building the SD Worx overall marketing strategy and translating our corporate values and goals into effective marcom plans.

Senior Communications Consultant

As Communications Consultant, I was asigned to two of our business divisions in order to help them achieve their goals with cool and effective communications campaigns and projects. Among other things and in cooperation with internal stakeholders and/or external agencies, I worked on HR Business Process Outsourcing, our DIP brand, HR Consulting, Reward Consulting, a vision on employee engagement, strategic internal communications, etc.

At Com&Co - content marketing agency for many enterprises and government bodies (more on ww.comco.be) - I started out as a content marketeer for companies such as Texaco, Bekaert, Siemens, SAP, Vlaamse Milieumaatschappij, Flanders Investment & Trade, etc. I helped customers communicate effectively via brochures, websites, newsletters, dossiers, magazines, reports, etc. 

Later, I functioned as a content marketing expert and strategic sparring partner for my customers: co-developing, managing and executing their communication projects and content marketing plans. 

At Com&Co, I learned that every details counts, that excellent execution is key and that content marketing is my passion. O yeah, and that Ghent is a lovely city to work in.

Hi, I’m Reinhard, a 43-year-old marketing guy. I live near Ghent (Drongen) and, for obvious reasons, I am proud of my city.
