Led the onboarding of 40 contractors and managed an active directory migration implementation across 9,700 devices and 12,500 users, and on-time for $978k of a $1M budget.

Civilian Contractor O&M Site Manager for a $42M+ Forward Operating Base for the DoD in Afghanistan. 

Directed the daily activities and responsible for the safety and well-being of 20+ Department Managers and 530+ skilled trades contractors. 

Created Master Schedule of Work (MSOW) to schedule service and preventative maintenance for 373 facilities (hard-stand, modular, tent-cities, aircraft hangars), 250,000+ square feet, 8100+ points of service, and 15,000 military and civilian occupants. 

Navigated DCMA contract audits from the perspective of balancing contract compliance with the needs of the warfighter.
