I have 10 years experience in Human Resources and Administration functions. I am competent with Human Resources duties like payroll and compensation administration, leave management, pension scheme management, custodianship of employee records, medical administration, Employment Contracts administration, retirement planning, conflict resolution, handling communication and correspondence, generally foreseeing and coordinating the company’s business plan and more related to the same. I also have enough experience in staff training, development and talent management with aspects like;- conducting a training need analysis, preparing an annual training plan and budget, reviewing training materials, facilitate trainings, organize training events, conduct training evaluation, coordinate with training stakeholders, issuing a monthly newsletters to keep internal stakeholders updates and have a sense of ownership of the organizational goals, oversee the overall process of staff training and development nationally and internationally as well as representing the organization in internal and external meetings and gatherings and later see through feedback and implementation of the resolutions among other things and preparing periodic training reports among other duties. I have a substantial knowledge of Tanzania’s Labour Laws and I keep refreshing the same knowledge by consulting the laws and by seeking legal expertise to keep myself continuously aware and updated of the legal requirements and any necessary amendments should there be some. I also have an experience of HRIS, (Aruti HR and Payroll system to be specific) in creating and updating employee biodata, managing payroll and payroll changes, approving/issuing leave, issuing sick sheets, setting performance goals and performance evaluation, and generating periodic reports as need be.
