My time with Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Ethicon Endo-Surgery (J&J), Zimmer-Biomet, and Baxter Bio-Surgery have all contributed to my professional and personal development. These diverse and unique organizations have shaped who I am, how I learn, nurtured my curiosity, and taught me how to interact and collaborate. I am on a constant path of exploring new ways to learn and to embrace change and innovation, to be flexible. The success of my teams can be attributed to creating a positive, inclusive culture predicated on respect, trust, and gratitude. It is also about clear communication, availability, accountability, fairness, empathy, decisiveness, nurturing creativity/innovation, and team empowerment. My responsibility is to remove those obstacles that impede individuals from reaching their goals. Stated simply, I learned to put the team's needs before my own. In my career I have assumed responsibility for two massively under-performing sales regions. In both instances I was able to stabilize and rebuild these regions into successful, award-winning teams through the identification of talent, coaching to success, ensuring the full utilization of resources, cooperative strategic planning, the development of trust, and professionally challenging the status quo. I found the more I listened the more I learned and the more I learned the more trust and collaboration was built within the team. I have been humbled and proud to see my team become critical-thinkers and creative problem-solvers. I owe huge amount of gratitude to everyone that helped me to achieve 11 President’s Clubs. The most rewarding moments in my career have been seeing members of my team walk across the stage for the first time. * 11-time President's Club winner. * Performed the complete turnaround of two under-performing sales regions. One reached #2 in 2017 after being last (2 out of 11); $29,000,000 in annual revenue. The second rose from last to Top 5 (5 out of 24); $14,000,000 in annual revenue in 2013. * Two of my team have become Regional Business Directors, one has become a Senior Director of Medical Affairs, two more have been promoted to Senior Account Managers and two to Executive Account Managers.
