My current duties to date include the following:

I have more than 33 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including maintaining and operating the following toolsets as well as developed the following skillsets:
•	Surface analysis – Field Emission Auger Electron Spectroscopy (FE-AES)
•	Dopant / Epitaxial Silicon measurement - Spreading Resistance Probe (SRP), Magnetic Secondary Ion Mass Spectroscopy (MSIMS), Fourier Transform Infra-Red spectrometry (FTIR), Capacitance Voltage Measurements (CV), Four Point Probe (4PP)
•	Microscopy - Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Dual Beam Focused Ion Beam (FIB)
•	Chemical – Ion Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (IC-MS), Gas Chromatography – Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS)
•	Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Thin Films, Reactor and Metrology
•	Field Service and Supervision within a laboratory setting.
•	Project Management – Project leader for the installation and removal of equipment in the lab.
•	Six Sigma 6σ - Statistical Process Control (SPC)
•	Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & SharePoint)

I am also responsible for all in-house repair, including scheduling and the managing of field service engineers for service visits, contract negotiations for tool purchases, contract negotiations for service contracts, as well as ordering parts. 

I am involved in all instrument purchases, installation with the OEM, installation location, and interfacing with the Facilities organization to make sure all instrument requirements are met prior to installation.

I am involved in determining the needs and the requirements of the department for all computer purchases and upgrades for both the users and the laboratory equipment.

I have the innate ability to wear the hats of an Material Scientist/Technician, Computer Integration Engineer/Technician, Field Service Engineer, Project Manager, and Operations Manager, all within the same day.

Equipment Manager / Laboratory Technician

•	Operation and the maintenance of the SRP and FE-AES.
•	SEM preparation and imaging.
•	MSIMS preparation and data collection.

Motorola Semiconductor Products Sector, now known as (ON Semiconductor) was spun off/sold in 1999 and I was offered a position in the Chemical Surface and Analytical Laboratory (CSAL)/ (TACL) to do Spreading Resistance Probe (SRP) analysis.

This position very quickly also included Field Emission Auger Spectroscopy (FE-AES) analysis as well. The Auger was quite old and often required lots of maintenance in between service visits that I was able to perform as well as continue to support SRP for the lab.

Laboratory Technical Analyst

•	Maintain and calibrate: 
o	Spreading Resistance Probes
o	FTIR systems
o	HgCV systems
o	Four Point Probe systems
•	Maintain SPC data collection for all metrology systems. 

I was the Metrology Technician for Epitaxial growth facility in the EPI department in Phoenix, AZ. I primarily calibrated and maintained the following metrology toolsets: Spreading Resistance Probes (SRP), Fourier Transmission Infra-Red (FTIR), Four Point Probes (4PP), and Mercury Capacitance Voltage (HgCV).

Metrology Technician

•	CVD - Epitaxial Bell Jar Changer – 
o	LAM Research - Gemini I, II, & III 
o	ASM - Epsilon I
o	Applied Materials - 7600, 7800, 7810/20 and 7700
•	CVD - Epitaxial Furnace Operator/ Setup Operator – 
o	LAM Research - Gemini I, II, & III 
o	ASM - Epsilon I 
o	Applied Materials - 7600, 7800, 7810/20 and 7700
•	CVD - Epitaxial Wafer Wash Operator

I started out in the cleaning process of incoming materials for Epitaxy furnace growth (Wafer wash), in this capacity I would use equipment to pre-clean the incoming materials as needed using a chemical bath and scrubbing and then spin rinse dry.

I was eventually promoted to a maintenance position of Bell Jar Changer, in this role I would disassemble EPI Reactors, remove all quartz-ware, clean the chambers and necessary equipment accessories.

I would then re-assemble the reactors using clean parts and leak check for integrity, if everything passed I would then give the equipment back to production.

Wafer Operator

I have several years of experience in Electronics industry, my main focus has been on the microelectronic device field (RFIC / Semiconductor). Process design and process development, yield enhancement, project management, SPC, and Microsoft Office proficient.
